The services are satisfactory, however, the waiting time of 25 minutes for a cup of coffee is rather excessive to me. To add my drink made incorrectly and did not have another 25 minutes to wait.

Went to the drive thru and waited 20 minutes for a cold, soggy sandwich. Awesome. 2 stars for service cause the drive thru employee at the window was polite. Never will go here again.

Staff could use some training on how to kindly greet customers. I walked in and ordered 2 drinks and had my kids with me. While waiting for the drinks I noticed the special for the day said “kids”. I had my daughter ask what that meant (first time to this chain). The girl said kids get a free drink with the purchase of a regular drink. The whole conversation was so awkward. I had to ask “so can we get 2 free drinks since I just bought 2?” The girl shrugged her shoulders and said “sure”.

I highly reccomend trying Biggby Bragels and Coffee. Their Turkey Bacon on a Asiago Cheese bagel is my favorite, they grill it before serving so its warm and crispy. Pictured is the Sausage Egg and Cheese Bragel with cream cheese on a Everything bagel. It was delicious. My favorite coffee is the Sweet Tooth blended with whip cream. They have daily specials and senior/student discounts. Beats Starbucks and Dunkin any day.

Best coffee ever. I drink mine black.I've bought coffee from various places. Once I tried BigBy, So fresh, no nasty after taste.The only place I get my coffee and their bagel sandwiches are excellent.Could use one more store on this side of town.
