Great atmosphere and food.
They have a 2 for $20 that i would highly recommend if you are in the mood for boneless wings or a burger.

While the food was scrumptious, the service was mediocre as they weren't making the best pace as I had to seat myself near the kitchen. The atmosphere wasn't the best as The Spiders Den is a lot better than this establishment.

Waited almost an hour for our food. I got the nachos and they were cold and sat under the heat lamp for too long. The sour cream was crunchy. The waitress did not provide napkins, so I had to go ask for them. The company I was with also said their plates were cold and did not taste very good.

Currently writing this as we sit here.. there are five of us and three are kids. All three of their orders are incorrect. One ordered carrots and didn't receive them. One ordered fries and didn't receive them. The menu advertised all kids meals get milk. None of them came with milk. Two adults orders were incorrect. At least when the adult order came, ( 15 boneless wings) the order was cold and dried out. You literally hit a 5/5 on being wrong.

Greeted and seated right away. Our waitresses were friendly, courteous and checked on us to make sure things were good a few times. The staff pays attention to their customers and I'm always pleased with the food and service when we visit.

Late night just pulling in to town after a 6 hour drive and b dubs for the win.... nope. Not at all. Ordered online and had to call because the online doesn't give you the option on saucing by number. Not the store fault...(so we're clear) Called the store after order placed and made the adjustments. Get to the store to pick up said food. No one is at the take out counter. No one is at the bar. Eye contact made with all 3 servers they had on the floor. Not one acknowledged my presence. They continue to circle their tables while still looking toward the front but trying to avoid eye contact. 10 minutes go by (I know... My patience is incredible) Another guy walks in. (Of their persuasion) and yes I will make this about race because the waiter who had been looking at me for the last 15 minutes now, walks over greets the guy and then asks if I had been helped. I get my food I leave. Get to the hotel only to find my order incorrect and wings undercooked. On top of them being all flats without my request or even a heads up we're out of drums e.t.c. Needless to say but, if you're of color, I probably wouldn't eat here. If you were working that night and you know who you are, you probably shouldn't work in hospitality. If you were the cook, thermometers are your friend. Even us who've been doing this for 20 plus years still use them. If you're the gm, please train your staff correctly. I'm available for every aspect of training to make your store shine.

Was on a work trip. Came and got wings to go and they were fantastic. The next day I went back for lunch with a co-worker and had a great triple bacon burger. I've always had issues with my blazen rewards account in that my phone number never ever works to get points while eating in. I've missed out on alot of points over the last few years and nobody ever seemed to care why it wouldn't work. My awesome waitress wanted it fixed so she got the Manager and he was able to force an update to my account and it worked. Best customer service I've ever had! Much appreciated
