Late night just pulling in to town after a 6 hour drive and b dubs for the win.... nope. Not at all. Ordered online and had to call because the online doesn't give you the option on saucing by number. Not the store fault...(so we're clear) Called the store after order placed and made the adjustments. Get to the store to pick up said food. No one is at the take out counter. No one is at the bar. Eye contact made with all 3 servers they had on the floor. Not one acknowledged my presence. They continue to circle their tables while still looking toward the front but trying to avoid eye contact. 10 minutes go by (I know... My patience is incredible) Another guy walks in. (Of their persuasion) and yes I will make this about race because the waiter who had been looking at me for the last 15 minutes now, walks over greets the guy and then asks if I had been helped. I get my food I leave. Get to the hotel only to find my order incorrect and wings undercooked. On top of them being all flats without my request or even a heads up we're out of drums e.t.c. Needless to say but, if you're of color, I probably wouldn't eat here. If you were working that night and you know who you are, you probably shouldn't work in hospitality. If you were the cook, thermometers are your friend. Even us who've been doing this for 20 plus years still use them. If you're the gm, please train your staff correctly. I'm available for every aspect of training to make your store shine. Update**** Just got off the phone with Matthew, who is the manger at this location. Wonderful conversation and truly a Service Manager. I really appreciate your call and your kindness. THANK YOU!!!!

Was on a work trip. Came and got wings to go and they were fantastic. The next day I went back for lunch with a co-worker and had a great triple bacon burger. I've always had issues with my blazen rewards account in that my phone number never ever works to get points while eating in. I've missed out on alot of points over the last few years and nobody ever seemed to care why it wouldn't work. My awesome waitress wanted it fixed so she got the Manager and he was able to force an update to my account and it worked. Best customer service I've ever had! Much appreciated

The wings were great as were the fry’s and potato wedges, the atmosphere is amazing super clean bathrooms. The staff was nice. But if you are a chicken tender fan and you like chicken tenders that are kind of you know flatter and pull apart then you will not be happy with the chicken tenders. They’re kind of hand they look hand, battered hand dipped. I don’t know if that’s the case but they don’t pull apart And by that I mean when you try to tear them apart, the batter comes off the chicken and you’re stuck with like this chunk of flabby chicken just not great chicken tenders..

Our waitress and one bartender were the only girls on the floor on a Saturday afternoon so bww needs to fix that!!! But those girls did phenomenal!!! Our waitress was doing the dang thing slammed and still rocked it!!! The drinks were awesome! The food was delicious! It's was very nice new and clean!!!! 10/10!!!

Great place to go to when everything in town is closed. Delicious burgers, fries, and wings. And the drinks were amazing, thank you! Even though 2 of us came in at 10:30, we got our food in an appropriate amount of time.

Fast seating, excellent service, fun atmosphere and the food was incredible! The Nashville Chicken Hot sandwich was what I ordered, and my friend ordered 15 Bone in wings. We also tried the Hatch Chili Queso. Everything was hot, portioned well and delicious!
Food and staff were great, but the fact they didn't participate in the all you can eat promo was very disappointing. They even had the advertisement in the restaurant. Will be hesitant of future promos.

Our go to for a decent burger and beer combo. I really like the chicken Caesar salad as well. Nice staff but the bartender was in a mood and everyone knew it. Slamming cupboards and making weird comments and talking loudly to herself. Happy face to scowl face in half a second lol just beware if she looks like she's having a bad day
