Customers calling people racial slurs unprovoked made my family uncomfortable while eating here. They did not charge us for our meal after we alerted staff but they allowed the customers to continue this behavior and stay. it’s 2025 a restaurant allowing customers to be harassed due to race in a restaurant is not acceptable. We never returned.

Three of us stopped in on Friday night. Requested a booth, but was told no because there wasn’t one in our waitress’s area so we were sat at a table even though there were empty booths. The family that came in after us were seated at the booth we wanted and had their drinks before we even had menus or were acknowledged. Turns out our waitress didn’t even know our table was in her area. Ordered 2 appetizers and some drinks, pretzels were good, fried pickles were cold, didn’t get plates for the appetizers.. maybe that’s normal at BWW but it’s a turn-off. Main meal was ok, we had the tacos, classic burger and BLT. Waitress made an inappropriate comment about my wife not finishing her sandwich and not wanting to take it to go. Thought maybe they’d offer to comp our drink refills (iced tea) but nope! Not impressed…. Do not recommend.

Good food, decent service. Drinks are a little overpriced but expected. Don't order tall beers you're just getting ripped off. The fried pickles are awesome! And the brisket burger is a heart attack on a bun but man its goooooood!! Newly remodeled inside makes the place look bigger and brighter. Very nice remodel!

Shrinkflated to nothing. The wings look like nuggets now, and the quality is lower than it used to be. Not even close to worth the price anymore

The food was good and isn't too hot when you get it, so you can dive in and eat comfortably. The waiters are good and fairly attentive even when there's a lot of people and commotion going on. Over all, it's a good place to eat.

Was put on a wait list because we were told we couldn't wait in the entrance for a table to open. Was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait. As we waited in the parking lot for 2.5 hours, saw multiple groups go in and not come back out. Finally, we decided to go back in despite never getting called/messaged. Turns out all of the groups that had entered during the time we waited, had been seated and served. Again while we waited inside to be seated, groups that entered after us were immediately seated. Very much disappointed with the poor service.

I got a pickup order that had a cheeseburger with no cheese and a burnt bun, a skinny slice of cake that’s almost $8 with no ice cream, soggy fries, and boneless wings the size of quarters. Usually there’s only a few problems, but this time it was a mess and I’m irritated that I spent money on this. Every time I order food from here it gets worse and worse.

The everything pretzels awesome, chips and salsa were so fresh, our waitstaff was humorous and awesome. They had suggestions bout drinks, our first time being in a Buffalo wild wings. Our experience was great!
Was ok till my chicken had a hair in it. When getting ready to pay waitresses were more concerned with talking to each other than what customers needed.

The restaurant was open when we got back to the hotel next door at 11 pm. We all were hungry so we went to check it out. Other than the initial wait to get seated everything was beyond expectation. Our server was Makenze, she was absolutely amazing! The food was so good and we got our order super fast! We will definitely be back another time!
