I can't speak on the quality of the food or the cleanliness of this particular BK restaurant because for whatever reason they lock the lobby up tight at 6pm, and then close the drive thru just an hour later at 7pm. How insane. If you are that understaffed raise the starting wage and improve the benefits you offer. Simple.

If your using door dash past 7 save your door dasher time and order somewhere else. They lock the front doors and make you wait in long drive through lines for long periods of time and the driver loses money. I suggest McDonald's or Taco Bell.

Waited in line for 15 min, first person in line too. Every worker would avoid eye contact and there was barely 3 orders they had for drive through and lobby combined. Whoever the GM is should find another job.

I stopped in to grab a whopper, I ordered it to go. The male cashier brought it out on a tray, I informed him that I ordered it to go, he then threw an folded bag on top of the food and walked away. Won't make the mistake of going to Burger King ever again.

One of the cleanest and nicest BK's I've ever been to. The service was excellent. The cashier was very helpful and the staff even delivered our food to our table. I believe it was a manager who checked on us to make sure we were happy as well. The food was fresh with hot fries. The bathrooms were clean and I like the design of the dining area. Very comfortable. I gave them a 5 star because I believe in rating according to expectations and for a fast food restaurant everything was spot on. Too bad every Burger King isn't this way!
Ordered on there app drove there to pick it up. 4 customers walked in after me and ordered and got there food. Bun on burger was stale lettuce was yellow and the onion rings were heavily salted. Floors were dirty with garbage on the floor

Filthy store, not a clean table to sit, floor had slippery crap on it, 70 year old husband slipped and almost fell. I thought BK used to flame grill their burgers. Our burgers today looked and tasted boiled, looked like a slab of putty and were cold. Had to wait ten minutes to be waited on and we were treated like crap. Never, ever again. Almost $40 for this. I'm writing to Corporate next.

Marquette is hands down the busiest city in the yoop and this place opens at 11am 7 days a week. Is this the only bk that doesn’t serve breakfast lanse is even open serving breakfast.
