I didn't go in and eat I just went through the drive-thru it's been the first time in years since I've been there. The young man at the window giving me my order was the most played person I've ever met. Very nice kid he's only been there a few days and his name only has like four letters in it I wish I was his name I'm sorry I don't. He made the whole thing so much better than it would have been was just somebody throwing some burger out the window at me. Call the manager while I still had his name written down on the bag and told her how wonderful and respectful he was! And the burger was pretty good I haven't had a Whopper forever for probably 10 years very nice people that work there.

Lobby was clean and workers are trying their best when short handed. Food was good and people were friendly. Will be back!!

Went through the drive-thru with four cars ahead of me while I was ordering it took over 20 minutes before the first car moved. Worst customer service ever unless you have an hour to wait for your food and that is not exaggerating.

Sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes without order being taken, every cup they handed us, 5, did not have the lid on properly one didn't even have the lid pressed down at all which led to it being spilled all over the backseat. After 15 minutes they shoved our bags thru the window and walked away without saying a word. We sat there confused not knowing if we had any bag coming or if what they gave us was our full order. It's a shame because it's our favorite fast food, we love a good whopper, but the service ha gotten increasingly terrible. Seems the workers need better training or something. We really weren't happy.

Employees don't wash there hands properly they serve expired food to their customers and when you try to point out things that are wrong they fire you cause you refuse to do things their way instead of following corporate rules

It's fast food, but Burger King is my favorite. i just like the burgers better

Slow. Very understaffed. Other than that food is fine and place was clean.

There's a VERY clear reason why this "restaurant" is in the obvious dispare that it shows everyday! Let's start at the "management"....fact, managers are forced into the position, even when they don't want it. The "training" is absent!!!! The "bk standards" do NOT apply to anyone except the owner! I've been a witness to SEVERAL violations of "bk standards"!!!! The worst one was a few days ago when my "manager" (who admitted to not having any training) literally verbally threatened to have her boyfriend take care of me......because I wouldn't stay later!
As true to "bk standards" this was all denied....yeah I just made this up!?!?!?
They turned a blind eye to what they didn't want to confront and fired me!
This is only the straw that broke me and my efforts that led to this point! There were many others that showed to be a cause of their "employee shortage"...let's explain WHY. BK doesn't provide the training they boast about! They don't value the employees they do have by forcing them to do the jobs of 3 or 4 employees, again with NO training for the "team member" OR the "management" effectively resulting in absolutely terrible work place and customer environment! Customers complain literally everyday! Employees complain everyday, and look at the way "management" handles things!!!! There's literally great employees, managers even, quitting left and right!!!! Why is there a "shortage"?????? I've witnessed bullying, swearing at employees by staff AND customers!!!! I in fact was cussed out horribly by a hangry customer for simply going on my break when they were waiting for their food for a very long time! I looked at my "manager" in disbelief....I literally had to tell her that this wasn't acceptable!?!?!?
Another obvious reason for the shortage, they boast about "flexible hours", that's FALSE! They ignore your availability and schedule your shifts outside of your availability. Then there's the reality of them hiring ANY warm body to fill the slot REGARDLESS of the disabilities that bk is already aware of these employees having....effectively leaving each shift understaffed and still untrained! Resulting in 3 great employees quitting just days apart, for the SAME reason! Bk was made aware of everything....specifically kindra AND lisa were aware of the mess and they turned their back on us....so the "shortage" grows!
Let's get into what REALLY matters....what your money is buying....lettuce that is well expired but we're told to use it anyway....bk standards VIOLATED by themselves! Tomatoes expired, fryers not properly cleaned due to employees wanting to go home, broilers cleaned the same way! The cooler and freezer have black mold. The sewage backs up into the food area. The tasks of keeping a sanitary environment is left out completely in a form of "cutting corners"! Just go in there and look....go in the bathrooms and look! This place is a health Hazzard at its core! Expecting you to accept their "apologies" over and over again, NOT holding themselves accountable for anything, assuming you'll be back tomorrow and the employee situation is still a huge problem, still getting worse!!!!!
There's no place here for me to submit my pictures, but I have them and anyone is welcome to them!
I as a customer do NOT recommend wasting your time, patience or money here!!!! As a past employee I absolutely would rather pick pop cans for a living than to endure the cancer that is destroying this "workplace".....you can be respected and valued more delivering newspapers!!!!
It's not "your way" and you don't "rule"....just some feel-good lip service that you WILL regret after.

There were other people orders ahead of mine and one person said he has been waiting for over a half hour. I've been waiting for almost 20 minutes at this point and still no food.

Let's explain exactly why there's an "employee shortage"....first, ask WHY are there great employees quitting left and right, literally 2 managers just had enough and walked out just before I was hired there. Now that I'm a new employee I'm shown training videos, and lots of them too, even how to properly wash and prep an onion....but anyway, what I witnessed is there's literally NO way that you can fail these "questions" because it won't accept your answer until you eventually pick the only remaining choice. Appearing as though you have "successfully completed" that part. On to the results of that fiasco....you get "completed" training that was never earned! Then you would assume that these "trained employees" would've learned something....but yet I witnessed a new employee get instructed by our MOD (manager on duty) sandy for this new guy to just wipe off used food trays instead of bringing them to the wash area to be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized per training videos, not to mention a little bit of common sense! But this "manager" sandy literally confronted ME about why she told the new guy to do that 🤔 Yeah, NO, "bk standards" very specifically trains you that if you see something, say something....I did....nothing was done! Kindra was made aware of all of these ridiculous situations and did nothing! Lisa was made aware of it too, same results. There's a VERY disturbing reason why there's a "shortage" and it's got NOTHING to do with not having enough employees....they actually expanded their hours because they had great guys to fill those hours....then "management" took over and literally drove 2 great employees to walk out AGAIN! One of them was a manager, a great asset to bk, but moving on.....there was ANOTHER manager (who admits to being forced into the position) reached out several times and literally was there when I went on my break and had quit by the time I came back....all of this is facts! Now we have lost so many, they're scrambling to fill these positions with anyone, in such desperation that those training videos aren't even a thing now! There's atleast 3 or 4 new employees that haven't seen the 1st video, let alone "completed" any of them to actually know what to do on the floor....resulting in the few left with training to guide the new employees through the chaotic and stressful environment! So, let's now discuss the problem with the "management" shortage, they lost all of the good ones they had! Well to fit the requirements of manager you have to be serv safe certified....keep in mind how many certificates are walking out the door! Now, the process to the certification is a little lengthy, a bit costly and not exactly easy to PASS (didn't say complete) so we need managers and fast! OK, one guy takes the test and fails....guess what literally happened next, kindra made absolutely sure that he didn't fail the test again....how do I know, because I am "certified" too. I sat at the computer and everytime I was going to click the wrong answer kindra would interrupt my pick until I picked the right one. So bk now has 2 new managers all certified and ready to go right? No, because I was literally thrown into MOD without any knowledge of duties or even my set of numbers to access anything....I was told to use another managers numbers 😲 Then comes along bk's idea of a solution....effectively resulting in more employees complaints and leaving. Her name is sandy, and she's admitted to not being trained and very stressed too. After SEVERAL incidents with sandy and other employees brings me to this point...I was literally threatened by her to "have her boyfriend take care of me" because I wouldn't stay later than I was scheduled to. After reporting it to the police, kindra and lisa, they conclude that it didn't happen....I just suddenly made this all up AFTER I punched ou

Food is still good. Employees are pleasant and friendly. However there's just not enough of them. Is it really takes their drive-thru approximately 5 minutes per car so there's eight cars in front of you expect about a 20 minutes to 30 minute wait in line.

The drive-thru is always a 20-30 minute wait. There is no rush for people in the drive-thru and their menus never work. Would love to see either more people working or this place shut down. I can get food quicker at a sit down restaurant than this.
