Drove thru after a 2 week stay in hospital. Took over half hour to get food. No napkins, ranch sauce or ketchup with it. Never again

Tried to order the 2 for $5.00 jr burger, fries ,soda. Plus a small soda for $1.89. The young man at the till tried to charge me $11.00 + .I showed him your posted value menu which when added together came to $6.89 + tax .We left

Depressing place to be. Didn’t even get all my order after verifying the order in the drive through twice. Then took 30+ minutes to finally get through to the pick up window (there was 2 people ahead of me) and the cherry on top was the burger was missing the patty :/ just go anywhere else besides burger bum

Not long ago, this Burger King seemed to be struggling. Struggling getting employees and things weren’t up to par. Today they were 100% turned around service was excellent. I’ve not seen a fast food restaurant this clean both the dining area and bathroom. And the whopper tasted like it did back in the 70s. It was excellent. I was extremely happy with everything there and I plan to go back again soon

Tables are dirty / the service was slow It’s like everyone disappeared. People are waiting at front counter! Drive thru gets all the attention! Us in dining room don’t get any attention!! Kid that waited on us was in the bathroom way too long. When they leave front counter someone should cover for him. I understand drive thru needs to keep moving too. I ended up getting my money back. Manager needs to kick them into gear!

Just an awful place altogether the foods awful the staff try but not hard enough there was one woman named jeanna very rude and indignant when spoken too. Another tall gangly kid with black hair made a comment on my girlfriends chest when I tried to inform the manager she waved it off and went back to work. It took 26 minutes for my two burgers (i timed it) & with only 1 person ahead of me. The person running this place shoupd be ashamed its despicipal how its even opperational. I could never imagine a place that was so great a few months ago could devolve in such a way. I plea with anyone reading this to never come near this place.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Waiting in the drive thru for thirty minutes for a PICK UP ORDER with no response. When we finally went in the food wasn’t even ready yet and we had to wait another thirty minutes in the restaurant. The workers couldn’t care less, shambling about aimlessly, making food without gloves and leaving it under the heat lamp for god knows how long. None of them had hairnets or even their hair tied back. Absolutely terrible, wish I could give it a 0/5 stars, never going here again.
