Ran out of custard/ice cream, all flavors, just completely out! Was told 30 minute wait, went to DQ. They had ice creme.

Service was extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes for a carryout order. Three other customers also came back up to the cou ter to find out what was taking so long. The issue has to be with the cooks because when food was ready, it was being packed and delivered quickly. Most Culver's seem to have efficient processes, but this one does not. Food was fine once we received it.

Culver’s is a regional quick service restaurant chain. I don’t see it often outside Wisconsin. It was a welcome alternative to the other national chains (e.g., McDonald’s). There were seven of us and it took us quite a while to figure out the many options on the menu panel above the counter. “Butter burger” is their signature hamburger. I ordered the battered/fried cod meal meal (fries and drinks). A pudding dessert was a surprisingly delicious treat. The food is delivered to your table. You order, receive a numbered tent, find a suitable spot in the dining room and place that on the table to alert the server. A fountain boutique (serves both Diet Coke and Coke Zero) lets you fill up. The decor is blue and white. Ample parking. Large windows. Nice ambience for a meal. Service was a bit slow - the fish takes longer to prepare, and we had seven different dishes on order. At Marquette, Culver’s offers an excellent alternative to the national chains.
This place is very dirty
Good food and great sundaes. Also offers a Veteran discount which is awesome!
Food is good if it arrives on time. The staff are generally pretty nice but they need to figure out the kitchen situation as they are quite popular but end up being quite slow.
(The slow service usually comes with a sandwich order but if you just get a mixer and a side like cheese curds it won't be too long.)
Love the food, little bit long wait times.
Went through the drive-through with my friend to get two root beer floats. And they were terrible. Not even a full scoop of ice cream and all root beer. If I wanted a large root beer, I would’ve asked for it. And as we were driving away, Callie White, The girl working the drive-through flipped me off. Safe to say, I will never be going back. And she deserves to be fired.
Excellent customer service. Manager brandon did a great job with helping me with anything I needed and his colleagues did a great job helping me also. Good atmosphere as well everyone smiling and helpful .

Love the fast food convenience in drive thru and time, but the better quality food than competitors, however the last few times we have gone through the drive thru noticed minor mistake consistently - one order didn't put dipping sauce in the bags, another missed a side or put the wrong side in the bag. Nothing that warrants turning the car around lol but definitely double check your bag before leaving the drive thru area to make sure you have what you need - disappointed to open our bag tonight and realize we are missing out on some cheese curds.
