Waited in line for 15 minutes for my ice cream to be melted fries cold and my burger to be cold and missing half of it ingredients, I come here often and usually this doesnāt happen but whoever was working today completely ruined my order none of it was good the burger only had mustard and pickles thats definitely not what I ordered and especially didnāt want it all being cold.
Usually when I go to Dairy Queen I have great service, but last night I ordered through DoorDash, and received the saddest large blizzard I have ever gotten. I paid 12 bucks for a large chocolate Oreo and cookie dough blizzard, there was barely any Oreos or cookie dough, you could barely see the crumbs in the ice cream from the Oreos. I usually never would complain but I would rather save people from spending money when you are going to get a poor quality item. I donāt know if the person who packed my order ( sorry Izzy N Iām throwing you under the bus because your name was on my door dash sticker ) was having a bad day, or hates her job or what, but hopefully this dosent continue. Cause in this economy I refuse to pay 12 bucks ( not including the other fees! ) for a treat that isnāt even made properly!

Always rude/cold service and over priced for mid food. Food is luke warm at best and you are charged extra for every little thing that you add or substitute. Ended up being over 20$ for one meal, that's crazy. They also really need to reevaluate their workers because they are not friendly at all and act like you're stupid if you have any questions. The dessert is ok but you have culvers across the road, for half the price and way better food- I don't know why they are still in business honestly.

Ordered a large blizzard with Reese's peanut butter cups. Came with Reese's pieces instead and there were barely any in it. Absolutely ridiculous for $8 plus tax. Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I will never be back.
