The stuffed Maria is so good! You can choose between multiple proteins. The first one I got chorizo and poblanos and the second carnitas and poblanos. I liked the chorizo a little better but they were both amazing! You will need to at least get 2 of everything on the menu as the tacos/quesadillas are Street taco size and very small.
The best food truck in Marquette county, and there's not even a close second. Authentic as it's gonna get this far north of the border. Get a taco, don't waste your time with Maria's.

Love to grab a dia taco or three whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The carnitas are fantastic, but I haven't had anything I didn't like. There's a little more going on with the queso fresco and jicama but still good stuff.

I liked their tacos. The food truck was outside of Ore Dock brewing. I forget the quesadilla taco name but that was awesome. I also ate 3 other tacos. Delicious.
