Only 3 beers on tap, disappointed in the small offering but all 3 were very good. The food truck serves a great smash burger. Lots of available seating inside and outside, there is also entertainment outside.
We spent a fair amount of time talking with Mindy and she was friendly and helpful! The beer was tasty and they have a great selection of non-beers as well. Definitely stop if you are in the area!
Drifa Brewing is proof that sometimes less is more. I went with a seltzer, crisp and unfussy, the kind of drink that does not demand your attention but rewards you for noticing. It is clean, refreshing, and feels like it belongs here in the north where the air itself tastes better.
