I ordered an iced latte and I picked out some donuts something else I can't remember what it was. The girl behind the counter gave me a hot latte I didn't bother even saying anything to her because she had an attitude already. Outside was another lady with her daughter and said wow these people have no idea what it is to be nice to their patrons. I agreed with her wholeheartedly I probably won't ever go back there again. Too much Attitude And they don't care...

I always put in a mobile order ahead of time, always order less or no ice, and most of the time I pay the extra dollar for cold foam on top. I've had to remind them 4 or 5 times that I ordered cold foam. I paid a whole dollar for that. This last time though really irritated me. I ordered my drink with cold foam and less ice, had to ask for the foam. NBD until I watched her pour out a quarter of my drink, add MORE ice, and then the cold foam. So she came back with a cup full...

Really great service! I loved my coffee and I usually don't go to dunkin but definitely will be back! Also the girl working drive thru this morning was so sweet and patient! 5:40am 12/13
