On a continuous basis their coffee is over a month old sitting on store shelves I shop at. Beans, on average, last, maybe around a month before going stale.I always like trying new coffee beans to grind, so I took a chance on a bag that was roasted 4 1/2 month ago. The first day was good. I was surprised. The second day the beans went stale to the point I had to throw them out. I wasn't surprised.
