I have never had bad donuts from Huron Mountain Bakery until today. I bought seven donuts and five were not what I asked for. No glaze on the glazed and wrong sprinkle donuts. I was very disappointed. This was at the ishpeming store. I would still recommend them, just maybe a bad day.

I just ate a maple covered (?) cinnamon bun the size of a Frisbee. Zero shame. This place is dangerous for those of us who cannot easily make up our minds. Fear not, though, even if you screw up, you'll end up with something that tastes delightful.

Amazing! Stopped on a whim because I wanted a snack - and what a snack it was! Cannoli like I was in Italy - so good. Pleasant atmosphere & friendly staff. Who could ask for more? I will be back!

Local bakery. Lots of fresh baked bread sliced on request. Doughnuts, muffins, croissants & coookies. Have pre-made sandwiches & smears. Can get a bagel & smear as well as a coffee.

I have enjoyed Huron Mountain bread company for years. We would stop in to try all their awesome bakery.
I came in for a cup of coffee and to wait while my car was worked on. I decided to try a sandwich. They had a great variety all with Michigan-y names. The croissant I tried was perfectly fresh and flaky. Over all it had an elevated flavor combination.
I look forward to visiting again so I can try another.

My sister and I went here today to get a birthday cake for my (super cool) mom and 2 donuts for my sister and I. The cake was awesome and reasonably priced at around $35 after tax, and the donuts cost around $2. One of the employees (didn't catch his name) was very helpful, explaining the different kind of cakes, advertising their most popular cakes, and even telling us what cakes were on sale that day! He also had a smile and a great work ethic, which is cool. I haven't been to many bakeries, but this gotta be my favorite one. I would recommend this place to anyone having a birthday, party, or event.
