Dude, that was some of the breakfast
The absolute worst hash I've ever had..
They have taken it up on themselves to
Put a bunch of extra potatoes n onions in the hash, big mistake!!
When I got my plate the food was burnt, who serves burnt food......
The worst breakfast in Marquette...
Hands down!
Great breakfast place!
Stopped in on our way out of town. Delicious breakfast!
Great breakfast for Mother's Day!
Terrible food, over cooked. Had to flag the waitress twice. Wayne to bright inside.
Local spot. Outside of DT waterfront area. Typical diner food. Everything was ok. Didn't have to wait on a Saturday morning. There was a consistent turnover of tables while there.
Great service even better food Biscuits and gravy were awesome our waitress was very friendly and efficient. 😎👍
Very good food and friendly service
I used to come here once a week before Covid. Haven’t been back since the fire, and I don’t think I missed anything. Pancakes were falling apart like the batter wasn’t right, the coffee was super weak - the bacon was cheap. The new atmosphere made it feel like a cafeteria style…. Yeah, needless to say I don’t think I’d recommend this place at all. Better off going to someplace else.

I've been a huge fan of Jeffrey's Restaurant for many many years. In my opinion, it was always the best breakfast around. Sadly, my last experience yesterday may be my last experience. I don't go out to eat as often as I use to when my wife was alive, so when I do I'm picky on experience. I don't know what happened since the last time I was at Jeffrey's but I was severely disappointed in my meal! I treated my son and daughter-in-law to breakfast here before they headed back home out of state. I always order the same thing, Buttermilk Pancakes, Sausages and Orange Juice. My son had a Breakfast Burrito, Coffee and I don't know what they called what my daughter-in-law ordered. I guess what I'm saying here is since I have ordered this meal countless times, I know what it's suppose to taste like. This time All 3 items I had were very disappointing. The orange juice was very watered down taste wise. The buttermilk pancakes tasted nothing like they use to, absolutely no buttermilk flavor at all. Worst of all, were the sausages! I've never seen ones look like these before and hope to never see them again. They looked unappetizing and were totally died out with barely any flavor. One of the worst Breakfast experiences I've ever had. Usually hear my family compliment the food here but I had to ask what they thought this time and they just said it's o.k. So I went to the checkout and paid over $50 plus the tip (not the waitresses fault) for the meal and walked away thinking I don't know If I'll come back here again. What a sad experience to what was such a Great Restaurant in the past.
I have to admit that I liked the decor pre fire now it’s just to sterile. Food was on par but pricey but what isn’t these days.Service was excellent
We've seen the complaints and have to say can't wait to come back to eat in July 👍👍💯 ty for the hospitality
Post-remodeling visit in April 2025. Food is excellent, at least for breakfast. Service was excellent too. Prices are a little high, but most of Marquette is pricey these days. Atmosphere is good, but this is more of a diner than anything fancy. Overall a great place for breakfast or a casual meal.
Breakfast detail: their sausage links did not impress, but bacon was done very well. Pancakes are excellent, and nothing else was below very good.
Good Place To Eat breakfast
