The owners were arrested for putting their special needs child in a closet for hours without a bathroom, food or heat. Kind of hard to eat here knowing that.

Tried the new smoked cheddar turkey today, even ordered extra smoked cheddar. Got home and there was no smoked cheddar at all on the sandwich. My wife's sub was perfect. Usually love the subs from here, but they need to pay attention to detail.

Drive through is painfully slow. 10 minutes at least. If there are other cars waiting, plan on 20+ minutes for a sub.

Normally don’t have a bad experience with this location, but today I walked in to order my subs and there were employees taking smoke breaks right outside the front door, normally is 3 people on the line but there was only one girl making my food. I know places get busy but the person at the wrapping station sat and watched her do it all and then when I asked for a bag I was met with attitude, food was great but service was awfully off putting

We ordered subs online because normally have good experiences at JJs. My husband went in to pick up subs at noon on Wednesday january 31 and stood there for several minutes while the two employees played on their phones. Several minutes later one looked up and instead of asking how she could help, she told him that if he wanted something he should ask because they can't guess what he wants. ???? A manager there better keep a closer eye. So rude. We won't use this location anymore. Very sad and frustrating.

Don't recommend getting the wraps-picked some up last night. They cost too much for how small they are, and they had basically no flavor. Very disappointing experience.
