The people are awesome! I have not a single bag word about the employees. You guys rock. My words are for the franchise. The portions for the price suck. I used to order Jimmy johns all the time. I ordered for the first time in a long time and the portion sizes suck. 7 bucks for mediocre potato salad that is gone in 7 bites. It's forgettable and too heavy on onions. The "ultimate " porker was more bread than ham. I won't be ordering again which is a shame because...
Went to Jimmy John's to try the new all American beef crunch. Was greeted instantly by someone named Chris. He listened politely and helped me craft the sub I actually wanted.
The sub came out really quick, I ate it almost as fast as I got it. I was then asked how I liked the special.
It was a hit! The thousand island and the onion Tangiers on a roast beef. Toooooo good.

Food was freaky fresh and fast. Yet the costumer service was even freakier and faster to help when we got stuck in a snowbank on the way out of the drive through. Literally like 30 seconds after we were stuck. Amazing customer service
