My boyfriend ordered us the fantastic 4 pizza for our lunch. We started eating it and there was a dead beetle looking bug in the middle of the pizza. When we took it back to the counter the manager said she knows it wasn't from when she made it. She said it was most likely from our truck but the box wasn't even open... not happy at all...

I got 4 pizzas in the past month that aren't sliced. Its ok we were able to slice them with scissors. Here's a picture to prove they weren't sliced, and no I'm not driving all the way back to return a pizza to prove it.

OK folks, It was little Caesarsq, NOT a Mom and Pops Italian joint that is expected to make GREAT pizza.
But at the price point and what you receive, I was not upset about my lol Cupcake style pizza thing I got ( Crazy puffs ), I was HUNGRY and needed something right now....
As well as my two sets of Buffalo hot wings, ( I took them home and added some smoked Ghost pepper 🌶 chillies and sweet baby Ray's B.B.Q sauce to them and reheated them in closed aluminum foil.
The young lady that was working the register was a Gem, and took care of me on a customer service level 👌🏾 famously. THANK YOU, SELENA 😊!!!!
I ordered $80+ worth of food online from this location over an hour before my pickup time was set. Was supposed to be an easy dinner for my family. I go in with my little sister so she can help me carry the items. As soon as we walk in, we’re met with 3-4 other customers who later turned out to all be waiting for their food they pre ordered. They all looked pretty fed up. Turns out one guy had been waiting almost 40 minutes before he left saying he wouldn’t wait any longer. We stand there for about 15 minutes before anyone working there acknowledges us. The girl working there was not disrespectful but definitely was taking her time. I told her i had a pickup order and she walked away and grabbed my items, came back to set them down, and proceeded to pretend to look over my order. She tells me have a good day and we walk out the door before I realize that we’re missing a whole pizza, crazy bread, and crazy cups. I have my sister bring the stuff back to the car to wait with my mom and go back in, wait another 5 minutes and tell her that im missing things. I ended up waiting 20 more minutes after that. The food we received was cold and gross— which was in part due to the fact that we waited so long, and our deep dish had incorrect toppings. I was extremely dissatisfied. I tried my best to be understanding and patient because they are clearly short staffed, there was only 3 employees at the time. However, the whole kitchen is in our line of sight and after watching them, it was hard to be empathetic because they had NO hustle, and worked really slow in between bouts of standing there talking or checking their phones.
