Matt is the man! They were swamped during a middle of the biggest snowfall of the season and he was super polite and the wait was not as long as it should have been due to the circumstances. Good help is hard to get. Get this man a raise.

the manager was really condescending and rude to me. I found a BUG on one of my pizzas, and my sauce cup was barely full as well. zero help. idk how they're still running and hiring the most awful managers

It was a letdown, and the pizza was cold for a Friday night during a popular weekend for NMU. When I got back to my place in town, it was cold as heck, so it's a letdown. I'm glad I went to Border Grill for whitefish and gave it a chance.

Went in and asked for the price of my wife's 3 topping build your own pizza. It was a little out of budget so I asked them to remove one topping. I then added on my pizza and 2 crazy combos. After waiting 20 minutes I go in to pick up my order and they set one pizza on the counter along with 2 bread sticks. I asked where my wife's pizza was and she said I only ordered one. She then said I would have to order the pizza again and wait for it to be made. 10 minutes she said. We will make your pizza a priority she said. 20 minutes later I finally got the pizza I should have already had. During the confusion when I went to pick up the pizza the first time, I didn't realize she never gave me my crazy sauce that I paid for. Due to that delay we ended up getting rerouted around an assumed accident at the bottom of Marquette mountain on our way home to Gwinn. I called and explained what happened and was told if I come back they will replace the sauce. I informed her I was not driving 25 minutes one way and 25 minutes back just for crazy sauce! I said I would pick it up next day as I had to go shopping in Marquette anyway, but asked her if they would replace the breads to for the inconvenience of having to go back. They refused and said they would only replace the sauce. Why the hell would I go out of my way to pick up 2 cups of sauce and have nothing to eat it with. Their failure to do my order right the first time resulted in a chain reaction of bad luck the killed the mood on my Birthday! Thanks for the bad service and second rate pizza Marquette Little Caesars. I'm thinking I'm done ordering from there.

This was the bomb I love the pizza it is one of my top 3. The cheese to sauce ratio plus the amount of toppings they put on the pizza is to die for. To top it all off they have some pizzaz hot and ready to go along with the price. 5/5 stars will be buying again

Awful, rude, slow customer service. The manager is always incredibly condescending as well. Will not be back . Also, the employees don't receive the tips whatsoever
My boyfriend ordered us the fantastic 4 pizza for our lunch. We started eating it and there was a dead beetle looking bug in the middle of the pizza. When we took it back to the counter the manager said she knows it wasn't from when she made it. She said it was most likely from our truck but the box wasn't even open... not happy at all...

I got 4 pizzas in the past month that aren't sliced. Its ok we were able to slice them with scissors. Here's a picture to prove they weren't sliced, and no I'm not driving all the way back to return a pizza to prove it.
