Placed online order at noon on a football Sunday for pick up at 5. Site said they were open, showed up to a note on the door saying “closed till Lexy shows up.” I get the employment crisis the nation is having but I have yet to get this resolved and no one answers the phone…

I just recently visited this location. The workers are very unprofessional talking in the back like we can't hear them. we order 10 pizzas and yes that is a lot but unfortunately we didn't know we were gonna need this many pizzas ahead of time to inform them 24 hours before. one of the workers stated "i did not sign up for this" my question was you didn't sign up to make pizzas? we also gave them plenty of time to prepare 10 pizzas. and we got a whole talk when we walked in about how we took all there supply but weather we took there supply 2 hours before close or not and they can't make anymore money if that's all there supplying. Anyways pizza hut dominos or even the little caesars a little farther. never visit this location.

Last 2 times getting pizza for lunch has been very disappointing. The customer service is great, but on one occasion the pizza was folded over inside the box as if it had been dropped on its side. The most recent experience the pizza was poorly made, had so little sauce on it all you could taste is cheese. Plus the pizza was barely warm, as if it was sitting on the counter for a long time.Not sure what's going on in the kitchen there, but I think we will take a break from Caesars and try somewhere else.

For the first night of moving into NMU, we were in a hotel and starving after driving for nearly 8 hours and it was absolutely delicious. Really short wait time and excellent service. Not a fan of the parking lot though.
