If your sign on the door says your dining room opens at 7am and your not open at 730 when i arrive thats a peoblem. Thanks for wasting my time. Incompetence. Upon arrival and closure i called inside and spoke to manager. He said we are open in driverhru. Some people have vehicles that won't fit. I told him he was wasting other people's time who make a special trip. He said.. "no we are not"
Manager is Clueless when it comes to customer service and has no idea what it means. How about starting bu updating the hours on your door?

On two separate recent occasions we have stopped while traveling to get food and use the restroom and their dining has been locked even though their website AND their entrance door displays that the lobby should be open at those hours. They refused in a somewhat unprofessional manner to let us use the restroom while waiting for our drive thru order.

Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time. The food was great here and they had Halloween music playing with a great staff. MY aunt couldn't figure out how yo turn the water on or the paper towel machine and the girl went in the bathroom twice to show her . Very patient and nice!!

I saw a little lethargic underage boy vape in the bathroom and he was a worker I don't think that it is a good thing to do as he is on the clock.
Website shows they’re open until 10pm. We placed a mobile order at 9:09pm. Order went through successfully and we got to curbside, waited 20 minutes after checking in. I then called and was rudely told it wasn’t their issue because they close at 9! The app shouldn’t allow you to place an order when they’re closed!!

Sat in line for 20 minutes, pulled up to order 8:59 pm only to be told they're closing. If you're gonna close early at least serve the rest of the people in line or come out and say something. Could have used the 20 minutes to go somewhere else instead of wasting my time.
