“This place has it all!! The atmosphere is awesome. The employees are beyond amazing and the good is so incredibly good. Even as delicious as the food is, the drinks are quite possibly even more amazing. This is the second year in a row we have gone here for my boyfriend's birthday. We came up to Marquette for his birthday weekend last year and happened to stop in here for some drinks. The Mojitos are AMAZING. Abraham is the BEST. He's fun, friendly and there is so much love in everything that he makes. If you happen to be in the area I highly recommend making this a stop on your trip!!“

“Inflation hit everything. Instead of raising prices portions are slightly smaller. There are still very affordable options on the menu. They are still large enough to fill you up! I just no longer have leftovers. Border Grill uses fresh ingredients I feel really good after eating. The taste and quality of the food has always been excellent and still is!Nearby fast food restaurants, serve highly processed food that leave me feeling sluggish, and they have dramatically increased the price of a value meal while really cutting portions. For same price of their value meal I can eat fresh, healthy food at Border Grill!Vegetarian options: Everything is made to order. Nearly everything has a vegetarian option listed on the menu. If it doesn’t you can ask them to modify it for you. They’ve been happy to for me with minimal if any upcharge for modifying my items. I think because it’s all made to order with vegetarian ingredients easily within reach of their cooks it’s easy for the to modify items per your request.Dietary restrictions: I have to avoid processed foods and try to avoid gluten and often opt for vegetarian. They have many vegetarian options. I often replace meat with their porta bella mushrooms and or bean options. I can get corn tortillas, avoiding gluten. I have a sensitive stomach but avoid hot & spicy options and am fine.Parking: There is parking in front of the restaurant. If that lot is full there is additional parking behind the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is very kid and family friendly. It’s a come as you are type of restaurant. There are upstairs and downstairs dining areas. Children are welcome everywhere. The dining space is very open and not crowded. People have a choice of sitting near families with kids or elsewhere if they choose. I wouldn’t worry about kids being kids in this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can access the restaurant, the sales counter, main dining area and restrooms. They bring everyone’s food to your table. You just bring your drink. There is an additional upstairs dining area that isn’t wheelchair accessible. Upstairs only has dining space and a soda machine. Both are available downstairs which is fully wheelchair accessible.“

“I'm only rating the atmosphere 2 stars because of the following reasons... having to listen to the staff belting out Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas" on HALLOWEEN before... having to listen to Christmas music was constantly changing (we went from Christmas music to Disney's Sophia to Nightmare Before Christmas)... also I don't believe the staff knows that Dios de los Muertos is not ON Halloween and listening every couple of minutes "Happy Halloween and Day of the Dead"“
