This hotel was extremely clean. The room we had was a very nice size with a reclining chair, table and 2 chairs, full size refrigerator, and a stove top. My husband and I will definitely stay at a My Place hotel again.

Julie at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with , she was so kind . Checking in was easy . The room was very clean . We stayed in 404 on the 4th floor . Really good price compared to other hotels in the area . The only thing that wasn't great was the fire detector going off at 330am waking us up because the batteries were dying. The man working the front desk brought up new batteries and we got them changed out. Just difficult to fall back asleep.

On the whole we were quite pleased with this hotel. The room was clean and in good repair. A good location if you have a vehicle but would've been nice if there was more things within walking distance. Breakfast is not included....it's "available" and consists of a prepackaged Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich that you can heat up in the microwave in your room. A decent breakfast was hard to come by in the area...the recommended restaurant, "Hudson's", offered a 10% discount to hotel guests but wasn't open for breakfast. Otherwise a good place to stay. Staff was friendly.

My family had reservations to stay at your hotel in Marquette, Michigan on Saturday, July 6th. This was going to be our first time using your hotel. After driving ten hours, we were exhausted and excited to get to your hotel. When I went to check-in at 5:00 p.m., I was told the room wouldn’t be ready for 2 1/2 to 4 hours. I was beyond shocked. Check-in time is 3:00. I was told by the manager, “We were slammed” as the reason for the room not being ready. Being the 4th of July weekend we weren’t able to find other accommodations in the area, so we continued our drive home, which left us absolutely exhausted.
I realize unexpected problems arise, but this situation was beyond excusable. I have traveled many times for work and have never run into an issue like at My Place.

We loved our stay here! We were nervous about the cleanliness of a pet-friendly hotel, but there were literally no signs (inside or outside) of the guest pets. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet, and a short drive from downtown, hiking, dining & nightlife, and almost anywhere in Marquette we needed to go. We did wish there was more to do in walking distance since there doesn't seem to be much in the way of rideshare or public transportation, but we would happily stay here again. There was also plenty of space around the perimeter of the hotel to walk our dog for bathroom breaks when needed, as well as a restaurant next door with a dog-friendly patio. The staff was all very friendly, from the front desk staff to passing cleaning crew in the halls. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and there was plenty of parking. 10/10!

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We ended up saying 3 days. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. Exactly what we expected. The staff was very accommodating. Did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Cleaning staff was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable.

Front desk staff was very friendly, Helpful and good at their job. The room was clean, organized and complete with everything I needed, Plus a laundry room down the hall. It was nice having a full kitchen for what others charge for a basic room. -

Perfect location. Very nice large rooms-mine had a small 2 burner stove top and full size fridge. They allow dogs with a nice area for them to potty and they provide baggies. This is a very nice place.
