First you can absolutely tell every worker did not want to be working...like I was an inconvenience. Second... out of all soups and Mac n cheese on a Saturday??? Sounds like poor management to me (ps the manager was arguably the slowest working one today). This is the third experience like this at this location. Was excited for a panera but I'll be taking my business back local because it's been that bad for the prices. Last.... the store was dirty. Like what? Laziness all around.

Visited this Panera a couple weeks ago, and just getting around to leaving the review. They were not horribly busy, and even with about 12 people staffed, could not deliver timely service. Wife and I both ordered soup and a half sandwich, the greens were horribly wilted and the soup was like warm. Despite this, the food was not horrible. However after eating I retired to the rest room to wash my hands where I was met with excessive amounts of rodent droppings on the floor, as well as on and in the sink. Some had been there for a while. Highly regretted our dining choices after that. Wife submitted a complaint to Panera, online. The best they offered was a 20% off coupon that was only good for 30 days. I will not be returning to their chain, period.
