oh my gosh the most excellent pizza ever.
We had an online order. Paid and scheduled pick up time. We went to pick up and the lady said said I don't know what to tell you i dont have your order. When we asked if we can get the pizza we were told "get the f@$% out!!! And flipped us off repeatedly. Asked for her name and manager contact info and was told no you can't have the f-ing info. Get the F out! All in front of my wife and 7 year old girl. And other customers who then walked out. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I will never come here again and tell everyone I know and social media. Also will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. Terrible experience!!!!!

My wife and my daughter called in and order from Florence, Oregon Papa Murphy’s. It took him 35 minutes to get there. Their pizza was not done. They say it would take another 25 to 40 minutes. They did not apologize. They didn’t act like they cared. So I will not recommend the Florence Papa Murphy’s. Thank you for listening.

Regarding Oak Harbor, WA store: They put Parmesan cheese on my pizza, I did not order Parmesan. My husband and son are allergic to Parmesan, specifically tyramine, it causes vomiting and migraines. After driving 10 miles home, I saw the Parmesan on the pizza. I called to ask them to fix it, and I asked for compensation for driving back to the store, for my gas and time, thinking maybe a $10 gift card or store credit for the 20 mile round trip. The person on the phone said yes she would work it out. When I arrived back at the store, the supervisor (who is a teenager) said that since they fixed my pizza “we are even” and I said no, because I shouldn’t have to be out 40 minutes and gas $ due to their mistake. She said no, so I got upset and said I would file a complaint on Facebook/google and she laughed at me and said “go ahead, it’s just Facebook” and slammed the window in my face. Then, when I arrived home the second time I noticed the cinnamon wheel that I purchased was expired by one day. When I called to get a refund, Amanda (the teenage supervisor) told me she could not refund me by phone. However I refuse to spend another 40 minutes plus gas $ for the 20 mile round trip to get a refund I am owed. I tried working with the store to correct their errors, however they were rude and didn’t fix the problems. It’s a shame because I’ve been a customer there for decades. It’s gone way downhill since corporate took over. This young woman “supervisor” needs some serious retraining on how to treat customers.

Could improve on the pizza quality. I ordered 9/29/2025 the pizza quality was super disappointing the crust has little to no flavor. The garlic rolls disappointing and lack luster. I ordered a pan pizza 🍕 and was so disappointed on the quality & the taste. I used to like to order Papa Murphy's pizza, but it seems like they've really started skipping & cutting corners etc on food quality & sizing. I mean seriously 6.99 for 6 garlic roll knot Twisties that are sub par in taste & size & number of product. my order came out to 50 bux it was barely worth it for what I ordered 3 pizzas 🍕 barely worth the quality. I also see they don't offer the stuffed pizzas online or on the menu no more. I was totally disappointed 😞.
Well, the online ordering platform didn't tell me there was a BOGO special until after I ordered and paid for the pizza. I won't be using their online ordering anymore, and as it's in the next town over, I won't be going there again anytime soon. Darn, they could've had a happy, repeat customer.
