We did not see the no indoor dining reviews, that is on us. After walking 1.2 miles to get a pasta dish, discovered no indoor dining. Proceeded to order, ate on the picnic table outdoors, pasta was mediocre at best. We are 5 weeks into a 7 week road trip including the upper midwest, we've dined out a lot. I can state The Pasta Shop was our worst dining experience of our trip. Once back at our hotel, I noted a surcharge for paying with a credit card. This practice by many restaurants these days to nickel and dime everything is repulsive. To restaurants doing this, bite the bullet, people spend more with credit cards so you win if credit cards are used, knock it off.

We had 14 people, and wanted to find a place to go out to dinner. Instead, we ordered two tins of lasagna, one spinach, one meat. Along with the salad. It was so good, and we had leftovers for two more meals.

My girlfriend and I were excited to go on our date night here, but when we pulled up to the restaurant, we noticed that it said Carry out only, which we did not not know. Only after seeing that did we see the small print on the website it was carry out only. Instructions need to be more bold and clearer. Overall very disappointed.
For vegetarian and no-egg option, do not miss the Pesto Penne Pasta (ask for spicy). Comes with garlic bread, and overall it’s really delicious. Very accommodating on how you want your pasta made, highly recommended if you are in this area.
