We bicycled to the Presque Isle art show during Marquette's Art Week, and while there were tempted by the tantalizing aromas coming from the Smokd food truck. We decided to try it out, and WOW! It was absolutely amazing. We had the brisket fries and BOB (Brisket on a Bun) baskets. Both of them had tender brisket, the fries were crisp and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the slaw that went with it was fantastic as well. This is the best brisket I've had in the Upper Peninsula. While we were there a line began to form and when I mentioned how great the food was several people chimed in and said they knew, they were repeat customers. I can't say enough about it, honestly, and will be looking out for this food truck in the future.

We got two brisket Phillies and an order of pork fries for the kids. Everything was excellent! Couldn’t ask for a nicer person running it too, we’ll definitely be back!

Definitely one of the best food trucks around Marquette. Portions are huge. Easy to share. The brisket fries are definitely our favorite, we have had them several times and they never disappoint. Also, Chris is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. he will not be disappointed. Give him a try!

The price may seem a little scary but I assure you, you will not be disappointed! The flavor it great from start to finish, the portions are a double meal in a box that you find yourself picking at later, and the menu has something for everyone. 5/5 for me!

My husband and I just had the pork sandwich and the double brisket burger. Outstanding! Juicy and flavorful and not all sauced up so we could taste and enjoy the flavors from the meats. These came with a healthy side of crispy steak fries, slaw, a bread n butter pickle spear, and fresh made lemonade. Well worth the price! I just realized I didn't take any pictures. It was delicious from the first look to the last bite that we gobbled them all up before photos could be taken. Next time.I highly recommend stopping by this food truck!
