I was drawn in by the huge sign covering a window showing a NEW product. Walked in the door and browsed the hand written sign describing the NEW product. Walked to the register to place my order and was greeted by an employee along with two more signs showing the NEW product. Placed my order for the NEW product and employee was confused. She consulted another employee who then went to the back. Second employee returned and informed me they don't actually have the NEW product for another week.
Maybe they should have waited to put up all the marketing for a product they can't produce. Maybe I'm being unreasonable. Their regular menu items are tasty. Wait is usually a little long. They do not honor/accept anything related to the Smoothie King app. Enjoy!

Hopping place. Enjoyed the food and appreciate their health conscientiousness. Smoothies don't take too long, but the sushi side of the restaurant definitely takes time which is fine, but plan for it. The store gives off a fast-food vibe, but it is not. They're busy and the food is good and fresh.

I purchased 2 e-gift cards for my Grandsons as a Valentines gift through the Smoothie King Marquette, Michigan website. They were not honored. I had a couple of disappointed boys. I missed a call from a Jennifer and I have tried calling and texting without any further response. If the e-gift cards cannot be used, how do I get a refund?

Great little business model! Stopped in here on our way out of town. Ordered a couple smoothies and some sushi.First of all, the menu is fantastic! So many choices on both sides. The prices are definitely reasonable, too. Got a fairly large smoothie and a spicy tuna roll for $15. Not too shabby! The staff was very friendly, but there was a bit of a disconnect in communication between the smoothie side and the food side. Everything was delicious though, and I'll definitely stop in again the next time we're in Marquette.

Smoothy King should be in more towns of the upper peninsula besides Marquette. It's wonderful and a healthy eating alternative when one is traveling or on the go.
