I've never experienced buying a latte and getting no milk...By the time I got my drink(iced mocha), which was just ice and chocolate water (no milk), the line was too long to ask them to fix it. My daughter ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, which had no brown sugar flavor. Not to mention it took ten minutes to get our drinks and we were first in line. Another target employee was visiting the barista and they spent a lot of time talking.

Amazing service and coffee, Staff was busy but still took time to be kind to someone else who had a bad day... You shared a smile and made that woman feel better. I was impressed with the level you went to just to make her have a better day after leaving the store. Thanks for letting me see how you invite others into your life and welcome them to come back.

Rude staff (not all but the lady today irritated me I asked her how much I’d get charged for a water with syrup and she took forever to answer me then I asked again and was just flat out rude. 10/10 do not recommend
