Well...it started out with the hostess taking a party of 3 before us but they came in after us and did not do call ahead seating. Then our waiter was less than impressive, rarely came back, never asked about refills on drinks or bread and when he did finally come we told him about an issue with our meal but he never returned until it was time for the check. A manager came and literally was no help...food was great minus one small issue with 1 thing. Bathroom dryers didnt work well either

We were sat, and told our waiter would be over...well, then we waited and waited...and waited...and waited...and then another gentleman was sat not far from us, and was immediately taken care of. (No, it was not busy, they literally forgot us tucked in the corner) It is not our jobs as customers to remind them where they sat us. We got up, informed the group of workers standing at the front of the check in area and we left. Happily had quick, friendly, and attentive service at Applebee's.
So no, don't judge my review on the food...because Friday night date night was a bust there.

I called to place a large order for our work luncheon ... 7 separate meals. The woman taking the order was nice but didn't seem to know what she was doing; she had to re-enter the order 4x and after the 4th time, she was still having a lot of difficulty and couldn't get the order to go through. After almost an hour on the phone with still no order placed, the woman seemed a bit inconvenienced and slightly rude; at this point, we decided to order elsewhere. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to order ahead of time unless it was a catered order; this is unfortunate because TRH missed out on a $250+ order; being able to order ahead could have prevented this whole ordeal.

After watching the waitress pick and eat food out of a customers order in full view of the dining area, I won't be back. Right under the beer sign by the computer.

I placed 2 Mobile orders, they said they would be done at 4:08, they weren’t done until 4:25. We asked if our food was done and they said they were waiting on our rolls, which comes to find out half of them were cold and stale. The only things we ordered were 3 appetizers and a salad. Our appetizers were cold. They forgot a plethora of items. Forks, ranch, and butter to name a few.

Food was good my husband had to get silverware Togo containers we waited 20 plus mins for drinks! Waitress could have cared less! Told the manager and she said oh it’s the end of the night it’s okay! No it’s not at all okay!! I’ve never once had bad service and today was awful!

The atmosphere was welcoming. We were sat right away. Waitress was training. They were both nice and pleasant. I just wish the waitress didn't push the gift cards on us and then get visibly upset when we decided not to get one. Our meals... they forgot the mushrooms with my steak, never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, and one meal was completely wrong!!! I did like the line dance that the staff does. Overall it was an average experience.
Went back and tried it again. Izzy was fantastic and the food was great.
