We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Delft Bistro in Marquette twice now, and both experiences were truly outstanding. The first time, we came for a family lunch and were immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere—warm, stylish, and inviting.. The food was delicious across the board, beautifully presented, and with a very good flavor. Everyone in our group, from kid to adults, found something to love. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent variety. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but I think I'd go back and eat there again even if I had to sit on high school gym bleachers to do it.

It was very busy but the host, who ended up also being our waiter very politely told us of the wait while managing a phone call all the while treating our party very kindly. We were promptly seated even though we had expected a wait! Our order was shortly thereafter taken and the food delivered at a nice pace! But it wouldn’t have mattered because there was Star Wars playing!! How could you complain about a restaurant being busy when you get to watch a movie. Our server/host...
