Customer service was above & beyond!! The young lady that waited on me was very friendly & helpful. Purchased a bottle of whiskey for my husbands birthday..when I got home I was taking it in the house & bottom broke out of the bag & bottle shattered on garage floor. I messaged them & explained what had happened & they offered to replace bottle no questions asked.

Rented the disrepute room in November for a surprise birthday party (sorry I took so long to post a review!). Fantastic! Every step of the way the staff was helpful and fun! The party was themed around comic books, Lily was fantastic helping me create signature cocktails to go with the comic book theme. My husband and I were wandering around Marquette and found the best drinks and fun bartenders! They had Tiger's playoffs on and gave great recommendations for drinks! The atmosphere here was super cool and they kept the movie theatre vibe! (Also had a great Playlist while we were there!)
