Beautiful atmosphere and great food. The service was attentive and good and the drinks we're all on point. Solid wine and beer list, lots of good options for people with dietary restrictions. Although the steak was excellent.

We called to secure a table and was told to come in at 7:30 PM. Upon getting there at the hostess seemed incredibly flustered and could not find us a table although the entire restaurant was completely empty. We sat at the bar but were completely ignored by the bartender- not given any menu or recognition. Bartender asked if we were waiting for a table and we let her know the situation. Still no service. Ended up walking out. Terrible service despite a nearly empty restaurant.

have been to the Marq three times and have never been disapointed. last visit was for drinks only and had my first Mule. what an amazing drink! the house made ginger syrup was outstanding as was the Marq-a-rita, my wife absolutely loved it. can't wait to go back to try more of their amazing food and cocktails.

The Marq is not your standard restaurant. It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to eat there again. The food was so flavorful and very well thought out. Portion sizes were just right and I left feeling very satisfied. It was a wonderful experience, more than just a meal. Definitely my new favorite restaurant!

I have issues putting to words why I can't stop coming here. The portions can be a little small, the prices can be a little high, the beer doesn't even reach the top of the glass when it's off tap. But you know what? The food and atmosphere are bar none in the UP. If you're looking for a place to take the Significant Other, or even just a solo dining experience, you can't go wrong giving this place a try. Just take note that they might be out of your first choice in dish. It's farm to table.

The wait staff were friendly and happy to help when I had questions. I ordered the perch fry that came with slaw, fries and garlic aioli. To be honest, the first piece of perch was a little soggy but the second piece was perfect everything tasted wonderful. For a drink I ordered a huckleberry fizz which was amazing! Excellent atmosphere, hope to go again on our next special occasion!

Very nice casual pub with great up scale fair. Enjoyable atmospheres can be a bit loud when they are busy. Each dish is seems carefully thought or and you get the right amount of everything. Make sure to check it out but make sure your pocket book is flush first 😉
