For the past 3 weeks this store has been a total mess. Days of not being able to take card payments. Today is your “bogo” but the espresso machine has been down for 3 days. It seems like everytime I come here it’s one thing after another.. no manager .. no owner.. leaving teenagers to deal with all these issues is not fair to them

Ladies are great. But the service is a bit ridiculous. Last two times I’ve gone in I’ve sat in the lobby for 15-20 mins. Just to get my coffees wrong. My sister went in the next day and they got hers wrong also. Training needs to be a little bit better and consistency is the key.

They charged my debit card $11.74 for a $3.28 cup of coffee and they wont pay me back my money. Its been a month now. Update: It took a month but Biggby has refunded my money.
I have to change my review here. The one below was from years ago and there has been a lot of positive changes since. The service is now consistently great, the employees are very personable and have a nice greeting and smile + they get my orders right every time! Huge improvement, I’m always pleased when I go now!

One of the worst out of all the biggby coffees I’ve been to. Two+ years ago I had consistently great service there but I guess there was a staff switch and now every time I go, I regret it. You have to repeat your order to get all of it, staff acts like you’re interrupting their ‘girls’ gossip hour’ (hello! Customers are the reason you have a job!) they need to find good workers who know how to act professional and actually give you your entire order the first time around...
