I love a turkey dinner. A turkey sammich. Heck I love pie and kitschy places. I don't love it here. Portions are small. Flavors are bland. Not just old people food bland, more like have you ever heard of a spice, any spice at all before? I mean, this kind of cuisine is normally my jam. This is Granny shame. This is God,I hope these people adopted me type home cooking. Don't get a sandwich unless you like bland topped with miracle whip. Potatoes are instant. Coleslaws are just there. Cranberries are well - inoffensive cranberries but not wow. Even the pies are not anything great. The atmosphere was boring. Service was pleasant. Overall. Nope.

Had to cancel because lot they gave me was to small for my motorhome. Canceled 3 months ahead of time, they wouldn't give me my 100 dollar deposit back. Money hungry

We have stayed here with family around Mothers day for the last several years. It is a decent rv park but not a resort by any means. The Female that manages this place needs some People Skills. She is a nasty old lady. I was just looking to book a site for this year's trip. The price increase coupled with what they charge visitors is ridiculous. It is not worth it for me. I will find other FRIENDLY places to spend my time. The seasonal campers warned us about her. We learned..

We went with a bus load of seniors and had a great time. The food was great, the show Tinsel and Turkey was fantastic. The crew of 4 were so entertaining and fun. I will go again.

I came here all season long with my family in the 90s. As an adult it was nice to show my husband and stepdaughter a place so close to my heart! I chose fall season as first exposure because the grounds didn't seem as packed. The petting area was still full of animals. We all ate afterwards and had a homemade ice cream. I didn't take any pictures of the food it was so delicious I forgot to! Hubby and I are going to check out some dinner theatre next season! Can't wait!

Stayed here for several months, left a half month early on my last month, and still paid the full month, no big deal. I asked if I could park my car there for a trip I had planned and was told I could, this was several days before my flight that I asked. Arrived on the day I was supposed to leave it and was told I could not because I already pulled my camper out.... I said, but I paid for the entire month, was told to check my receipt, once I pull my RV offsite i forfeit that month.. I paid over the phone and didnt get a receipt, but thats beside the point. What really upset me is they waited until the day of to tell me this. This was by a man named Chay, or Shay who works at the front desk in the RV park, short man with a big ego. This then, upset me, and me and the man got into a verbal argument where he got so frustrated he threatened to have me trespassed by the sheriff department. I've stayed at a lot of rv parks, I will never stay here again. Prices are higher than the surrounding RV parks that are just as nice.

Very nice and big Rv park. Nice hosts aplenty of grass to walk your pets.

Camping at Turkeyville is worth it I think but then again I wasn’t paying to camp and I’m sure it’s pricey! But I do know they always have something going on for everyone to do and a pool to stay cool lots of fun and entertainment for adults and kids

Outdoor fundraiser event for Talons Out for Honor Flight did not disappoint!!! Great venue with plenty of room to roam, good food, live music and just a very warm feel to the place. On site camping for those who enjoy that, and a pretty cool restaurant and gift shop. A must see if in the area!!

Loved it, weather not so much. We did not get a chance to use pool. Owners and employees were wonderful. Having a cafe with lunch turkey sandwiches and dinners, plus deserts and sides was great. On Tuesdays smoked turkey sandwiches and salads $3.99. Our favorite spot was the ice cream parlor where you could find many flavors like orange pineapple and cherry cheesecake. Milkshakes and cones did Here you will find fudge, fresh popped popcorn, fudge, and various flavored corn. A small store and gift shop was great. We were glad we rented a golf cart for week. They had a book loan box and I read three books due to rain. They have propane exchange, which was only $2 higher than town. It is close to many things to see and do. Remember Mondays; many stores in Marshal open at 11 or are closed. Shop owners very friendly. Our only negative was the slab wood offered. Price would be reasonable but wood burnt up very quickly so needed 3-5 bundles for a couple hours. They have garbage pickup. A petting zoo.
