last few times our orders have been messed up. This last time we questioned about it at the window was told it wasn't rang up as a meal. Then they asked is that okay. no we did get the meal we wanted the meal! the person taking the orders at the drive through was so confused my wife wouldn't order anything for herself. Rushed my order and rude. Didn’t even take off my free cone for my kid with the kid meal
Waited at the register for 5 minutes after driving over from Battle Creek and ended up leaving without ordering. Only one or two customers inside. Another 8-10 people waiting behind me. Staff only seems to care about taking care of drive in customers. Manager needs to remind them that ALL customers are equally important!
