Free Range Pancake House

We came here on 8/31/2025 @ 1100 am ish for breakfast we were seated quickly, this was the only bright spot with this place. Our waitress Cassie wasn't on the ball at all for our entire meal. Took awhile to get her over to us and forever to get anything we asked for or needed wanted, at one point we got our food and didn't have any silverware and when she came back she asked if everything was okay i said we have no silverware to eat with by the time she came back our food was cold to eat ( not happy about that at all ). Our waitress wasn't attentive at all. My wife's food was bland and she didn't eat much of it. We won't be back as this place doesn't value customer service and take it serious and taking pride in their presentation of the food that comes out of the kitchen.

Very rude lady at check out. She definitely shouldn't be representing the restaurant. She's a joke.

Heard y'all took the best server in Marshall Ashley is a phenomenal waitress and person she wasn't appreciated at sandhill went in last night and listened to such disrespect if you have Ashley from Sandhill keep her and appreciate her she will take your business farther that any waitress there #bringashleyback don't let this one go we will be in to see her and give free range another try

My Husband and I first time going to this place, and the breakfast was amazing. My husband had the country fried steak, and I had the pecan waffles and the food was great. I will go back again.

The water tasted EXTREMELY BAD like chemicals and salt, and the food carried that tainted flavor. Everything had a chemical aftertaste. The server was very nice.

Edited to respond to the owner’s dismissive comment about maybe “getting checked out:” all four members of our family experienced this bad chemical aftertaste.

My food was fine, wife ordered a veg skillet and the mgr opt to not include vegan cheese and broccoli, when the order was brought we were told sorry we ran out of the ingredients and will deduct $2!!!!!!
She would have ordered something else!!!
We asked for the MGR and was told he was busy and only working 1 more month
Definitely won’t be back

Waited 15 minutes at the table and had zero contact with anyone except for the person who showed us to our table. Never had interaction with our waitress. Received multiple looks from workers. Great gem refurbished from a country kitchen. The decor is homey and fun. Service is friendly and fast and the food was great. It even has a separate room for large groups.

It's right off the freeway so it's very convenient. I will be returning!

Waffle was good, but other than that the food was very disappointing. I took my grandmother there for breakfast and they couldn't make an over medium egg to save their life. Kept coming back as a very easy basted egg, they didn't even have the curtisy to flip the eggs just steam them.
Their hollandaise sauce was broken/scrambled and tasted like a cheap chicken gravy which I'm sure it was because I didn't taste any egg, vinegar/lemon juice, nor was there any butter. Definitely not worth it.
