I think the way we received our food speaks for the service. I was the ONLY person in line, asked to pull to the 2nd window, after waiting 17 minutes I backed up to the 1st window. The male behind the counter had an attitude and slung the bag through the window.$15 an hour definitely worth that service. ?

I wish there were a negative star. My bank card was charged twice. When I went in to ask the second charge be reversed - the manager argued that wasn’t possible and ask for the receipt I told her I was driving home when I got the alert from my bank. She told me to call Huntington Bank they will cover it. After arguing w me as well as several customers saying nasty things to me because “it was ONLY $10.09” I asked to speak w the other manager. Before she returned w the other manager an employee emerged from the back and asked how he could help - I told him - palm to forehead he stated now this makes since. He had been in the back w other employees trying to figure out how this happened. He said just a minute and returned with cash for me. The manager never returned nor apologized and the “Karen’s” in the Resturant waiting for food - continued to laugh and make fun of me. To a disabled senior on a fixed income $10.09 is alot. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NASTY PLACE AGAIN. I do hope Marshall gets another Resturant like a Chick-fil-a or In and Out!

I ordered McDoubles for the wife. I told the person no pickles. Got home and she had pickles on her burgers. Or I should say "pickle". They're buy one get one for a buck so I got her 4 so she can snack later. Each burger has one small slice of pickle. Quantity of food is less, but the price is higher. First time I saw McDoubles and McChicken they were a dollar. Now the quality is less and again, the price is higher.
