Grassroots Wellness Cafe

I was in town for a Business adventure today and stopped in to a local non commercial advertised restaurant for lunch this afternoon. I wanted something that would not make me feel sleepy for my adventure today. I found a needle in a haystack…GRASS ROOTS CAFE…this place was exactly what I was looking for. My first impression was parking in the back lot was perfect and easy…although not really Big advertisement kind of tucked in the wall of business. Walked in and went up the stairs and there it was an eating experience that has never struck me. The employees were great especially, Veronica on the management side. later I found out for great reason’s. However food is superior. No oils, no chemicals mixed in and I had the create your own, Easy options well rounded base noodles, rice and other great healthy options. Then pick your veggies and different other option to add along with protein and sauces. The environment quite not busy. Nice atmosphere plenty of seating clean, employees clean and easy conveniently picking up your food and I’m no time at all. I ordered a refresher, again no chemicals just fresh water and fruit absolutely phenomenal place…thank you and outstanding place to eat!!! I could keep going but enough is enough. Fantastic to all employees. I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie to go. I’m sure it will be great. Keep up the great work GRASS ROOTS CAFE!!!

The food and flavors are great, I do feel like there’s something on the menu for everyone because it is customizable. The building and dining area is beautiful! Parking is a nightmare. However, there is absolutely zero consistency with food preparation. One week something is prepared one way and the next week it’s different. I’ve ordered online mostly using the delivery service. Without fail, something is usually missed or omitted all together OR the preparation is vastly different than the last and it’s so disappointing. Today I ordered and paid over the phone, only to arrive and the sauce wasn’t ready (she was almost finished, but still there was no communication about a wait prior). I wish there was an equal alternative, but luckily Marshall does have other options. I hope that their process becomes more streamlined.

Tropical Mango bowl was delicious. I liked the dressing. Ingredients were very fresh and tasty. Coffee very good too.

Fuel your furnace with clean fuel! Grass Roots is the only place around to get a healthy meal for those who want to sustain a high level of physical fitness. The food also taste great and the staff is very friendly.

I'm so happy that I came across this place on the gluten-free app while driving through. The food was delicious. The smoothie was tasty. The muffin was tasty. The people working there were very friendly and it was nice that they had a patio so I could get my dog out of the car for a moment. I had the rice noodle bowl with some veggies, beef and tangy mango sauce and it was delicious. Hit the spot and fueled me up for a long trip.

We order lunch here often! The food is great. Pick up is easy! We went in for pick up this last Tuesday and Veronica and Caiden were working. They were short staffed, had a line waiting for them but managed to rock it with a smile! They were friendly and kept their crowd engaged talking as they busted out their orders under stress! These two were awesome! Job well done.
