I went in to get my children a sandwich Monday, December 17 at 8:15 PM. The young woman working the counter was quick and friendly. I really wish I could have left her a tip, however, all of the subway credit card machines do not allow this! Who seriously has cash on them anymore? The sandwich artists at Subway deserve tips! Install new machines so we can tip them! Thank you

Kerri was amazing! I told her I was driving all the way to Kansas City and she even cut my 6-in sub and a half so that I could drive and eat easier. Her quality and cleanliness and service was the best Subway experience I've ever had in the

The poor girl was by herself and was swamped! She maintained her professionalism and her nerves. I would have cried if I were her! Honestly Saturday at 4pm and she was by herself. Shame on you for her being alone! She did however do a great job. But the online orders were stacked up and when I left there were 5 groups of people who had come in!

I really didn't feel like my business was welcome. Staff was in the back room and acted like they could care less about coming out to serve me. Really short with answers to my questions and no eye contact. No wonder there were no other customers. Won't be coming back here. There are plenty of other businesses that are happy to sell me their service.

I was at the Subway on old 27 in Marshall.
Had a awful week bit needed something to eat. A beautiful friendly young lady named Skyler that works there was so kind to me even bought my sandwich. Thank you so much.
There was a cocky little man child working who served us. After my dad's chemo appointment. Just another life lesson in you never know what someone has just gone through or is going through, wouldn't hurt for little man to not be a jerk. It's hard to eat after chemo. I asked if Dad's salad could be chopped (that used to be a thing) I was scoffed and told flat out "no, we don't do that now. He can cut it himself." Then he literally made a half salad (when asked for a little more spinach he slammed down his hand and disappeared. He came back with spinach, which must have been heavy for such a small boy to carry because he was completely exasperated. Then he glared at MY DAD as he slid it down to the next soldier on the prep side. Subway, you are off our list of where we go every other Wednesday and Friday after chemo appointments. Subway is a dying breed, this little man is not helping that at all.

This was the most depressing experience I’ve had ordering food from a restaurant. I purchased the new $3 roll up subway employee told me they were small if you’re hungry so I ordered 2. When I asked if I could have a different sauce I was told that u couldn’t and that I couldn’t even get any extra onions or vegetables on the wrap. Asked if I could purchase the sauce I wanted told no it messes up their inventory. For the next 5 to 10 minutes while waiting on my food. I had to listen to what they couldn’t give me but in addition that Subway doesn’t allow them to eat for free or at a discount. I had lost my appetite at that point and left thinking what a miserable place to work and a selfish miserly place to spend my money. Lost a customer today not only at this Store but all Subways
