I've been to Wendy's all over Michigan, and in other states too. This is literally one of the WORST. The food is fine. The employees are generally nice, but there seems to be high turnover, which is not surprising, given that the management/owners do not seem to care AT ALL. The entire parking lot is more pothole than solid asphalt. The service times are hideous, due to understaffing. I feel for the employees. They're doing the best they can, but who wants to drive...
Wendy’s used to be my go-to fast food spot back when they had the old buns and those classic yellow cups—the good ole days. Now, the food and service feel pretty average at best. The only real highlight left is a Frosty on a hot day.

Since I haven't tasted the food yet I cannot provide stars for that.
However ~ The young man Sean that was working the drive through window was one of the most polite & courteous workers I've run into in quite some time. He wa extremely pleasant And very helpful from start to finish.
Based solely on the service I received, I would definitely recommend visiting Wendy's in Marshall Michigan especially for breakfast!
