Terrible customer service:( refused to make a new cyclone because I didn’t ask for custard and made it with half soft serve and half custard because she would of had to pay for it herself if she threw away what was already in there to make me a new one……. Would not make a new cyclone for me …… I never thought I would be treated in a disrespectful way over a ice cream and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone……
Love their custard!!! and love that they rotate their flavors every week! always friendly staff too!
