Lovely experience, and awesome staff! The girl at the counter, and the girl who had answered my phone call (unsure if it's the same person) were/was so helpful and kind! I called in the morning to see if I'd be able to place a large order to pick up, and they took care of me and my order perfectly. Definetly helped me out with the event I'm going to today, and I appreciate it! Thank you guys again!
We ordered through the app so Our food would be ready when we selected the time we would pick it up. Got there and I had to pull forward because the biscuits and something else I had to wait for. Gave me time to catch up on my phone msg. Food was good though. Love the coleslaw.
This was just a drive thru experience but it went pretty well and smooth. The ordering was nice with everything on the board and the people were nice as well. The one drawback is they asked us to move up to wait for our food. I always feel like they are doing that because there is a timer for how long a car is sitting in front of the drive thru window. They also have Long John Silvers in this restaurant, that is my next order.
