DO NOT GO WHEN THEY ARE BUSY!!I go to this location 1-3 times per week and they always mess up whenever they are busy. Usually barely any cream cheese on my bagel, bagel is warm on occasion when I order it toasted every single time. Coffee tastes different 40% of the time even when I order the same thing.

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons. I went in yesterday and ended up getting to work and noticing I had someone else’s order. I called and spoke with Carley. She was so sweet and professional. She told me to come in today to get my order remade. I just left and I have to say everyone was so nice about the issue. Mistakes happen I totally get it and they were on top of the issue !!

Bought a gift card & frozen watermelon lemonade through the drive thru. They took a copy of my drivers license wanted my phone number for the purchase of gift card. That made me very uncomfortable. If I didn't need the gift card (for a gift) right away I would have said forget it. They claimed there's been fraud with gift cards. The frozen lemonade was very syrup-y tasting. Probably won't be back to this location.

I've tried to give this Tim Hortons a chance several times. But they always disappoint me. First off, I don't think they've ever got my order right. Whenever I get a coffee with two creams and two splendas and a coffee with just two creams. They always add splenda to both coffees. I don't realize this until I get home and taste it and end up throwing the coffee away.Then every single time, I order a caramel macchiato with cold foam on the top. (Which costs extra). They ALWAYS forget to put on the cold foam. I literally not exaggerating. I can at least notice that error before I leave the parking lot. Sometimes they will even stir the caramel macchiato which isn't properly made.They forget other simple things like straws which to me is not a big deal.But for even asking for Timbits, I've asked for 3 old fashioned glazed and got honey dip. Which again, I had to throw away bc my toddler is picking and doesn't like those. I end up wasting money with the amount of errors they make...My mom even works at another Tim Hortons and cannot believe the coffee at this location.. They messed up her coffee too when we've went there. If I go back, I will be documenting my experience to show it's worth it to drive to another place.
