I can't comment about the atmosphere as we usually use the drive-thru window. But I can say the parking lot area and landscaping or clean and tidy. I think Tim Hortons probably has some of the best coffee I've ever had. I can say that the service staff is extremely polite and friendly. I've never had a bad experience at Tim Hortons and when traveling always seek out their locations when applicable.
Every Sunday at 9:30 am, I pick up my 90-year-old dad’s favorite treat—eight apple fritters and four cinnamon rolls. Over time, I’ve become a regular, and the staff, especially Sheila the baker, has become quite familiar with me. Their friendly and witty banter makes the experience enjoyable, and their hard work is evident in the delicious pastries they create. I particularly cherish my Sunday visits, as I get to chat with Sheila and enjoy the fantastic coffee.
