The staff has been quite nice each time I’ve been here, but the last time I went I got food poisoning from the sausage bragel:(I probably should have known something was off with it after the first bite cause it was cold, I still ate half of it because I was hungry and didn’t see the harm at the time.I do really enjoy the coffee that they make though.
Don't go to this place if you have food intolerances or allergies. The staff said they could make my drink without milk, however it had milk in the mix and employees did not know or share.Dietary restrictions: Poor knowledge from staff about ingredients

I went into biggby 2-10-24 and placed a big order and when I took a drink of my coffee it tasted funny like they used the wrong milk or didn't add flavor. My husband's was wrong to.I'll never go back to the Mason biggby. Spending the money I did I expected better.
