As for food and building this is a normal Wendy's. The staff was very nice but it was a very long wait. They said it was due to it being fair week and it being busy but honestly it just seemed like they were extremely understaffed. The girl at the front counter was working her tail off trying to help everybody else keep up but in turn left people stand. I don't think it's her fault at all she was really trying

I live in Holt and I always go here instead of the one in south Lansing because it's the only Wendy's in the area that's decent. Food and service are good and the wait times are never bad, and staff are super friendly.

Bathrooms are clean, so was the soda machine. My food was fresh. Shout out to Grayer for breaking up onions for my chili since they didnt have any diced ones, I appreciate it alot!
