A first today on our travels . It was good that the employees were nice sweet kind friendly this am, or mid day. Coffee was good not as sweet as wanted but overall as coffee lover it was good. The employees in store was very nice and helpful and kind friendly and store was spotless clean loved that ✔️

Don’t go here unless you’re desperate. They always burn their espresso, they don’t follow the same temp rules as the other stores so hot drinks are WAY too hot and on top of that they won’t take personal cups. They can “make it in a normal cup for you to pour into your own.” Like that doesn’t completely defeat the purpose.

First time coming here was when they were hosting “linked with joy” jewelry event. Unfortunately my first impression could have been better as the girls behind the counter did not look like they wanted to be there. Ordered two 24oz coffees and received 1 incorrect size. I got the vibe that they were inconvenienced by me. I understand as they most likely had themselves a very long day. Made me a little uncomfortable but I would feel bad not supporting the business that is hosting the event.

Love this Biggby! The building is modern with plenty of space to relax. The coffee, breakfast sandwiches and bagels are excellent. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I’m glad Mattawan has a Biggby.

Only three stars because, I and the barista helping me was distracted by the children behind the counter playing and chasing each other around while making drinks. Suggestion: lose some of the kiddos and hire a few responsible people.
