I can not understand why it takes so long to get product. 5 people working, we were the only guests for few minutes, (1 guest at the window) took over 13 minutes. A small smoothie, kids hot chocolate, bagel with cream cheese and a 24 Oz mint mocha. RIDICULOUS

Seems like this location never cleans their toasters, thereâs always a burnt crumb dirty toaster taste and smell to all the toasted bagels. Also the line is always around the corner and they will make you pull forward and sit and wait 20+ minutes for your food to come out.

I never tasted the food as one car in the drive through took so long to have their order delivered, I left
A first today on our travels . It was good that the employees were nice sweet kind friendly this am, or mid day. Coffee was good not as sweet as wanted but overall as coffee lover it was good. The employees in store was very nice and helpful and kind friendly and store was spotless clean loved that âď¸

Donât go here unless youâre desperate. They always burn their espresso, they donât follow the same temp rules as the other stores so hot drinks are WAY too hot and on top of that they wonât take personal cups. They can âmake it in a normal cup for you to pour into your own.â Like that doesnât completely defeat the purpose.

First time coming here was when they were hosting âlinked with joyâ jewelry event. Unfortunately my first impression could have been better as the girls behind the counter did not look like they wanted to be there. Ordered two 24oz coffees and received 1 incorrect size. I got the vibe that they were inconvenienced by me. I understand as they most likely had themselves a very long day. Made me a little uncomfortable but I would feel bad not supporting the business that is hosting the event.

Love this Biggby! The building is modern with plenty of space to relax. The coffee, breakfast sandwiches and bagels are excellent. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Iâm glad Mattawan has a Biggby.
