“When we travel we like to find "mom and pop" places to eat. Well we were definitely glad we found this one. Food was delicious, service was amazing and the left overs were just as good reheated as the first time eating. We got brisket, wings, ribs, pulled pork, beans, Mac and cheese, corn fritters and bread. Definitely recommend trying this place if you have not yet.”

“Aubrey made the perfect wedding cake for my daughter’s wedding! It was a traditional New Orleans wedding cake and so delicious- almond cake, raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting. So good!! Aubrey was great to work with- she delivered exactly what we had asked for.”

My favorite thing is buying flavored coffee to make at home - they have the best flavors, the staff is amazingly awesome and friendly, it is a great place to meet with friends or professionally for meetings. “Went to different wineries and I will say my favorite was Cody Kresta. It was very peaceful, relaxing, they described the wines we got which I loved. Some other places didn't do that. They also had a little shop you can check out. Highly recommend this place if you just want to sit back and relax with a glass of wine or do wine tasting! I will be back again!”

“Pleasant staff & very good food! This was our first time trying this place. Initial plan was to try The Cozy Egg in Mattawan but their waitress was not pleasant and after barking at us and the customer behind us for leaving the door open too long (being a gentlemen and opening the door for us) we left. Glad we gave Nanny’s our business & will be back!”

“Is the guy who started these restaurants still alive? Samuel Mancino's? I have been to a few of these places lately, and the food is different. It's not as good. I actually worked at this Mancino's in 1997 and transferred to the Evansville Indiana Mancino's to help open that restaurant. It was next to the funny bone comedy club, which the Evansville Mancino's owned. Both are now out of business. The food was just better back then. So that's why I asked if Samuel Mancino's was still alive. His standards were just different.”

“A sandwich artist in-training built my Outlaw and put the cheese under the meat (his mentor caught it and made him fix it), never asked if I wanted my onions and peppers applied before toasting, and used roast beef instead of the black forest ham on the other sandwich. They scrapped the RB sammy and built a new one using ham. Everything worked out fine.”

“Have had excellent experiences each time I've been here. Great quality food, large portions and a menu with enough selections for whatever your tastes may be. I have enjoyed food from both the American and Sichuan menus. The dry beef is wonderful with bursts of flavor and just the right amount of heat. New goto Asian restaurant. Bright vibrant atmosphere makes this place appealing as well. I don't have pictures to share cause I'm too busy digging in. I'll try to get some next time.”
