I am not sure why the sausage egg and cheese bagel is always soggy. I have called before and complained about them because I usually get one all over the place and this location is the only one that the sandwiches always soggy like it has been in the microwave.

I've been here 3 times, ordered a total of 5 drinks, and 4/5 were not right. Today I got a latte that was supposed to be a cappuccino and a luke warm caramel marvel. The person taking my order today was not polite. The staff needs to learn to say something other than WHAT? when they can't hear through the drive thru, say thank you, etc. I don't think I'll come back for another bad drink.

Abby’s amazing customer service made our morning! The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were amazing!!
The food and drinks are always great, but the drive thru is generally SO slow!! Last time we were second in line, the other person was already at the window, and we waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. They had 4+ people inside so I don't understand how it takes so excessively long every time. Would visit more often if I didn't have to wait so long.

Every time I come to this location it’s typically a 20+ minute long wait. Today I waited 25 mins for a regular iced coffee and 2 premade cookies. I counted 5 workers when I pulled up to the drive through, so I don’t believe this was an issue with it being understaffed. The staff is always kind but very slow. Also I asked for half an half with sugar and they used Splenda.
