Chili came out cold. Fire sticks overcooked. Was only there for 30 mins due to my server rushing me though everything but never providing a refill. Had an attitude that I asked if they could warm my chili up. Soon as she came back she had a box for my appetizer. Didn't even get to order the speckled chicken salad or dessert like I planned on. Basically left hungry and irritated .Clean place good atmosphere. Service usually isn't this bad.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for more than a decade with our grandchildren ( heck we’ve had a lot of their “family birthday parties in the side room) and have always had great service, friendly small town atmosphere and professional! The last few times we’ve gone we noticed the friendly atmosphere was changing but after tonight’s rude and unprofessional attitudes, We will NOT back! It’s the simple little things that make a difference (& keep your customers coming back), but apparently these things are no longer important to the owners! Normally when an error is made by the server there’s an apology, an attempt to make it right, but not tonight. Instead I was told by the waitress it was my fault that she thought I ordered something that’s not even on the menu and then the person who brought the correct order out walked over and just plopped the plate in front of me, not a smile, not I’m sorry, just a nasty look! And to top it off I ended up paying almost $10 more than I should have because she got the order wrong! In the past I would have educated this “waitress” on the proper etiquettes of her job and I definitely would not have paid for something I didn’t order, but now I just won’t go back and I will make sure everyone I know & then some know not to waste their money or precious time with family here! Saddened and upset!!!

We had a great experience at Mattawan Main Street Pub celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The chicken floritine and prime rib dinners were amazing. Our guest couldn’t believe how good the food was.! The service was wonderful and the waiters did a great job. We couldn’t have been happier.

We had Long Island’s and Mojito’s, both excellent. We ordered the Pub Tots with Chipotle Ranch dip, delicious!! I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl, fresh, seared perfectly and incredibly tasty. Our dining experience was made even better because of our server, Shannon. She is friendly, on point, and offered great suggestions from the menu. Definitely going back and asking to sit in Shannon’s section!!!

No person at desk, waited 15 minutes. Finally two wait staff came. Got our seat, wait staff waited on people that came after us. Food was good. We have had better service here.

the waitress Angela was beyond amazing!!!! She fixed our fries and frisco melt that was messed up. Sweet potato fries were a bit soggy and floppy but they tasted okay.
