We’ve been going to this restaurant for more than a decade with our grandchildren ( heck we’ve had a lot of their “family birthday parties in the side room) and have always had great service, friendly small town atmosphere and professional! The last few times we’ve gone we noticed the friendly atmosphere was changing but after tonight’s rude and unprofessional attitudes, We will NOT back! It’s the simple little things that make a difference (& keep your customers coming back), but apparently these things are no longer important to the owners! Normally when an error is made by the server there’s an apology, an attempt to make it right, but not tonight. Instead I was told by the waitress it was my fault that she thought I ordered something that’s not even on the menu and then the person who brought the correct order out walked over and just plopped the plate in front of me, not a smile, not I’m sorry, just a nasty look! And to top it off I ended up paying almost $10 more than I should have because she got the order wrong! In the past I would have educated this “waitress” on the proper etiquettes of her job and I definitely would not have paid for something I didn’t order, but now I just won’t go back and I will make sure everyone I know & then some know not to waste their money or precious time with family here! Saddened and upset!!!

We had a great experience at Mattawan Main Street Pub celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The chicken floritine and prime rib dinners were amazing. Our guest couldn’t believe how good the food was.! The service was wonderful and the waiters did a great job. We couldn’t have been happier.

We had Long Island’s and Mojito’s, both excellent. We ordered the Pub Tots with Chipotle Ranch dip, delicious!! I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl, fresh, seared perfectly and incredibly tasty. Our dining experience was made even better because of our server, Shannon. She is friendly, on point, and offered great suggestions from the menu. Definitely going back and asking to sit in Shannon’s section!!!

No person at desk, waited 15 minutes. Finally two wait staff came. Got our seat, wait staff waited on people that came after us. Food was good. We have had better service here.

the waitress Angela was beyond amazing!!!! She fixed our fries and frisco melt that was messed up. Sweet potato fries were a bit soggy and floppy but they tasted okay.

I have ordered take out several times I'm there before time specified I live 5 minutes away and everything is cold when I get it.
There was an issue at the next table, through no problem of Main Street Pub. The family wasn't only rude, but wanted all of their plates replaced so that they not only came out at the same time again, but were warm. The staff there absolutely SHINED! Not a single attitude, harsh look, nor less-than-professional comment was given by staff. An absolutely honorable effort was put forward by everyone involved, except the family causing the ruckus. These are truly the times when staff shines and I'm truly proud of each employee.

If you want poor quality food, served straight from freezer to plate, with a side of bad attitude, this is the restaurant to choose. I politely pointed out that the wrap I was served wasn't what I'd ordered. Their response was to reissue the same wrap 5 minutes later. The only alteration made was the addition of half a bottle of Franks red hot. Incredibly disappointing from a restaurant we have frequently visited for over 17 years.
Food was really tasty. I had the Perch Reuben, something I had never had before. Liked it a lot. Servers were really nice but food took a long time to come out. Not sure why. Nice little place though.
