Giving this place ONE star is too many stars for their food! I will NEVER order from this place again! I have been delivered RAW pizza dough on my Papa Bites and my pizza. This has happened on numerous occasions where the dough is gooey and RAW completely UNDERCOOKED and disgusting. They apologize and say they will remake it and have it delivered but that does not excuse the fact that I now have to wait for food to be cooked and delivered again. It appears they do not cook their food all the way through and serving very unhealthy food to their customers..this last time the cheese inside of my papa bites was not even melted just gooey dough. I do not recommend anybody buying their nasty raw food.

DID NOT appreciate the pizza cashier more less implying that my husband and I are liars in regarding to whether the pizza order had previously been paid in cash earlier in the day. It was an order that was preordered and prepaid and the cashier did not want to believe me or my husband who was on the phone. Even after the manager had seen where CASH was written on the order, she even questioned him on whether he was really sure if I should be allowed to take the pizzas. She acted like I was stealing. Don’t worry, it will not happen again because I will not ever order from there again. Pizza was mediocre, at best

Placed and online order at 2pm to pick up at 445pm, git to the location and they told me I had to wait an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Asked why and they told me there wa a mass order drop, what? How do people place grand orders at 12 or 2 for pickup at around 5pm not get made. Never again Papa John's.

Maybe if the manager, in a greasy orange shirt, paid more attention to the paying customers' food vs. making his own, I'd have the food I ordered, and not an extra thing of breadsticks. Not even worth trying to get my wings or ask why my pizza is raw. Already took too long.

Solid Papa Johns. Pizza is consistently made well/baked well. Generous with toppings. Usually ready on time...if not, only buy a few minutes. Strongly recommend if you live near Mattawan.

Papa John’s has taken a huge dive in quality recently. The garlic breadstick barely get any garlic sauce on them now, some of them were completely dry. It was also just served on tinfoil instead of the usual piece cardboard that can hold all the garlic sauce. Food has just slowly taste like it is more artificial. So much for “better ingredients.” Papa john’s used to be good but I’m just going to the Pizza Hut across the highway from now on.
Staff and delivery are always friendly. Corporate just needs to stop trying to save a dollar whenever they can just to please shareholders.

Best Papa John’s pizza I have ever had! Drive the extra few miles from Kalamazoo to get a pizza from this location. Other comments on here are petty, mistakes happen and I’m sure management more than made up for the errors.

I paid $1.90 each for “pizza cups” which were half full. Are you kidding me? If they were full I’d be ok with it. You had one shot to earn my “once a week we buy pizza” business. Never again will I purchase pizza from you all.
What a garbage establishment. They canceled my order 3 times and then when I called said they did it by mistake. The next I ordered it said it was 5 minutes away and then guess what...canceled. It was too late to even leave work and get food at that point. I love ordering two hours in advance only for it to get canceled 5 minutes before the delivery time. Do not give these professional scammers your money. Used to love it but it has been an absolute joke the passed year or so.

Every single time I have ordered, something has been wrong. Once, my pizza had at least a full cup of jalapenos on it. Another time it was burned to a charcoal crisp. Another time it was raw. This time it took so long to be delivered that it's far outside a food safe temperature. So over this. Will not order again.
