Every single time I have ordered, something has been wrong. Once, my pizza had at least a full cup of jalapenos on it. Another time it was burned to a charcoal crisp. Another time it was raw. This time it took so long to be delivered that it's far outside a food safe temperature. So over this. Will not order again.

If you come down here and order or have any issues make sure you talk to Janice! She is AMAZING! BEST manager as of yet in that store! She deserves every tip you can give and a pay raise!

Our delivery driver arrived at our house, I asked her how her evening was going and she complained to have better nights. After getting my pizza she walked back to her car yelling and swearing. I will not ever order delivery again from papa John’s pizza due to their employee’s behavior.

Next time you hire someone to work in a call center make sure that the general public will be able to understand them.?I asked for cheesy bread with garlic sauce and she sends me garlic Parmesan bread sticks, totally not what I ordered and I was charged $14- for it ?

Service inside the store is great, however when I called to make an order somone from a sand land call center answers and is extremely difficult to understand, at the end of my call my 2 large cheese pizzas cost almost $40 it was later corrected but the point is NOT too call them to order.

Owners complained about drivers not getting good tips in the area. We ordered a pizza. Took a long time to get it. Look at the photos and see why this papa John’s need to reel in their quality on their products! How can you even send a pizza out like this? It did get replaced, but the store gave us a hard time. They did not want to see what we were complaining about. So how can you fix your issues! Taking a break from Papa John’s!

Ordered to take out. Pulled up to the store, where two employees in the delivery car, one got out of the car, followed by the reeking smell of Weed. For me, instant disappointment. The employee and I (followed by the other occupant of the car acting skeptical) went inside store were I payed for my pizza. Left me in a dilemma. Call police( I know the kids aren't 21, possible driving high) call the owner, which I know those stores are struggling for business. So here I am. Posting this. One thing food was good. Good luck!

I usually love ordering here and never have any issues with the food itself. But you know what? This experience ruined my appetite. I will not let good food defend verbal abuse. I recently wondered about an order I put in because it was over an hour since any updates. I call in politely as an angel to ask how it's going if I can cancel it etc, only to be suddenly talked down to, berated and disrespected by a sassy manager who obviously has mental issues they should address before working at any capacity. I suggest you take your business anywhere else that won't abuse you for having a simple question about your order. Who knows what they do to the food if this is how they treat us??? So literally almost anywhere else would be better. This place is poorly managed. I have terrible anxiety and shouldn't have to feel ready for a fight when I just want to eat... They claimed they've had problems with me before. Maybe as a mask to defend their behavior? Confusing. As it was the first and last time I ever called in about an order. They have lost my business. Its a shame. They should feel bad.
