We ordered two online orders and picked them up and drove back home 10 minutes away. Not a single thing was made correctly. Examples to list a few are as follows. Pizza not cut at all, no lettuce on two subs, one sub was so messy a fork would have had to be made, not a single one was toasted as it clearly states on the order. My son and I returned to the location and informed them they need to make these orders again but, correct this time. They argued from the beginning from the beginning toasted all the way to no lettuce. Anyway, the rudely remade our order and forgot lettuce again so I mentioned it. He threw some in a bowl. I requested cookies for my inconvenience of having to come from Lawton. His reply was maybe you should go to Subway in Lawton. I told him there isn’t one there. He argued the point that Lawton has a Subway! I told him to drive to Lawton and find a Subway. He told me well I don’t need to because I don’t live there. His attitude this whole time was horrible. He along with his coworker was laughing by now which did upset me. I asked for the managers name so I could call tomorrow and he refused to give it to me. He would not give our receipts back either. Luckily we made these orders online for records. This is uncalled for and hopefully someone will call me back to discuss it with me.To make two entire orders work is bad but, the attitude received when we came back was very poor and should be addressed. If the manager was there I am sure the handling would have been totally differently.

A sandwich artist in-training built my Outlaw and put the cheese under the meat (his mentor caught it and made him fix it), never asked if I wanted my onions and peppers applied before toasting, and used roast beef instead of the black forest ham on the other sandwich. They scrapped the RB sammy and built a new one using ham. Everything worked out fine.

Order food from their app at 12:15. At 1:20 I called the store to find out what was going on. Was told they never got my order. I asked them who I need to talk to to have my money returned, they told me that the money wasn't taken out of me account (I had my account pulled up while I was talking to them showing it has). Asked for corporates number to get answers in which they responded with Google it and that's all they can say about it. Didn't get my food, money or a number to contact someone.

Went there last night, they proceeded to make 4 mobile orders before taking me and another persons order while standing at the counter. About an hour after eating, i had the worst bathroom experience in a long time. Something definitely is not clean or fresh there!

Hello I went to the subway in Matawan Michigan and I wanted to order the $6.99 footlong steak egg and cheese they made it for me and then it was such a big deal they rang it up for $14 and then they're all saying you didn't get a breakfast sandwich I said yes I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich that's what I ordered what are you talking about how is this not a breakfast sandwich I ordered here at 10:30 in the morning steak egg and cheese and then they said well next time it won't happen again I said what do you mean it won't happen next time I'll call corporate unbelievable bad customer service
