I'll never step foot in this establishment. The general manager decided to lose his mind on a group of high school girls who were eating and enjoying their time after school. He used fear, intimidation, bullying and threatening tactics. He yelled at them, threatened to call the cops for loitering, was rude and snarky. Never once did he just ask them to quiet down. He simply yelled and threatened to call the cops. This is a small establishment and never busy mind you. So the noise probably was a bit louder than normal. Such a shame this manager can treat a group of girls in this way.

The one on Portage Rd is great. Fast , orders come complete. But the one on Centre is horrible for wait times in drive thru and not getting everything you ordered. Happened again the one on Centre forgot 2 chips, a cheese and messed up my food order even though I ordered it right and on receipt. If I won't of checked my take out all of that I pd for I wouldn't of gotten all of my meals. This seems to happen a lot and it shouldn't. Also I do not appreciate making me feel like it's my fault and question me when you know you messed up. From forgetting my cheeses , to a disgusting quesadilla last year, and forgetting chips and making my order wrong I am truly done with ordering from the one on Centre.Never again. The only one that is worth it is on Portage Rd. Good food and Service and really quick and correct

Love the drive thru option. It was affordable, quick and worked for my personal preference of gluten-free with hard shell corn tacos.

staff is openly racist, homophobic, and ableist (use of the R word), fires anybody who calls them out on it. also, not anywhere close to tex-mex. I should know, I've actually had it. taco bell is more accurate.

The food is great for a fast food restaurant, and the hot sauce is outstanding. They are often short-staffed, though, so the lobby is typically closed.
Food was good. Service was friendly and quick. I especially enjoy the funny tacos. My daghter likes regular beef tacos, chips and nacho sauce. The supreme nachos are another good choice.
This is my new go to taco shop! What a great place! Exceptional service @ a great price! You have to try this place, but a warning, once you try it you will not go to Taco ? ever again! Take my word, Taco Bob's is every bit worth your time! Way to go Taco Bob's!

We LOVE Taco Bobs! Super casual, good food, good price, and excellent service. We have come to this location multiple times as well as the downtown Kalamazoo location and have experienced exceptional service each time. Do yourself a favor and eat here. Get a Funny Taco while you’re at it, you won’t regret it.
Parking: Tons of parking available. Each time we’ve visited, we’ve been able to snag a spot just a couple steps from the front door.
