Stopped in after the fair .it was 9 pm but hopping...fast service. Great food..will be back 2nd time we came was a very bad experience. Service food everything. 3rd time we decided to try again last night since its been along time .. service was great and food was great..glad we tried again although some how our appetizer was never ordered so I just got it to go.. very good

Have been going here for many years. Food was always really good, however this visit was not. Stopped in about 3:00. Only a few people at another table. Ordered brisket sandwich and cheeseburger. Cheeseburger was very thin. Brisket was more like jerky. Both cold, as well as fries and onion rings. Very disappointed as we expected much better. Service was good and friendly service as usual, but not sure if we'll give it another try.

I lived in the area for 20 years. Just came back to see how the place was and was extremely disappointed. A group of us came in there yesterday 10/19 and had poor service. The bartender threw menus on the table and walked away. After not even a water or cocktail we all got up and left. I'm not certain what happened to that place but that particular employee could not have been more rude. Disappointing.

The waitstaff here are absolutely worthless and should be fired. We went here with friends and as we entered the place we stood up by the greeter’s desk awaiting a table assignment. The place was 3/4 full. The Greeter/Server doesn’t say welcome, seat yourself or it’s going to be a few minutes, the Greeter says NOTHING!!!! NOTHING!!! She barely looked at us. We stood there like goofs for 15 minutes and we should have left then. I sat at an uncleared table right near the Greeter’s Stand and finally I get some attention, she says, “you can’t sit there until I clean it”. The table was never cleaned and that’s the last I seen of her. My wife scored an empty table when some others left. We sat there and after eating almost 30 minutes we ended up leaving. The service people here should be fired!!!
Got the 1/4 lb burger with fixings thru onion slice was bigger than burger the burger itself was dry I ordered medium rare got a dry dead patty the service hit or miss no hurry to get burger ir drinks too busy on phone.

Came into the Little Brown Jug this afternoon, and let me tell you, this was an exceptional choice. I walked in, and it was calm, and I was immediately greeted by the lovely staff (these ladies were total babes). I sat down and was waited on by a very lovely young woman named Sarah. She was very attentive, friendly, and made great suggestions, as I wasn't too sure what to order. My food came out pretty quickly, was so delicious, and the portion size was incredible. Definitely worth my money.
Here’s where they truly showed how exceptional they are. While I was eating, the place quickly filled, and it was packed. There was a festival or something going on nearby, and a big reservation came in, but these lovely ladies didn’t miss a beat. Sarah and the two ladies she worked the dining room with gave a masterclass on how to handle sudden chaos. They kept their friendly demeanors and stayed on top of everything. The way they worked off each other was poetry in motion. Big round of applause for those gorgeous ladies.
The food was incredible. The portions were bountiful. The staff was second to none—the stars of the show. I will be back, and I will recommend to everyone I know to make the trip out to Maybee and visit “The Friendliest Place in Town.”

I had come here for a surprise birthday party for my grandpa, and the food was amazing! The All American Angus Burger was perfectly cooker with the crisp bun on top was spectacular! The fries were a perfect golden and the pretzel bites, let me tell ya, they’re to die for! The cheese sauce you get with em is perfect and I could eat them anytime!!! 10/10 :)
